I am in the US. There are no stores in the US that carry Pinel & Pinel so I ordered long distance from your excellent website. Your merchandise AND support staff are fantastique! I was able to ask questions via your chat feature, and my order was easy to place. When it arrived I was very impressed with the quality of the watch winder - it was perfect. I had one question about the USB port in the rear of the winder, and your staff answered that promptly. I am completely satisfied with this purchase. I am going to share this winder with a luxury jewelry chain in the US; I think they may want to carry this winder. Finally, thank you very much.

On May 14th at 1:45pm, I stopped to admire the window display and to my surprise one of the associates come out and greeted me with a nice smile and he was very courteous he handed me a pamphlet, i know the product very well and my plan was to make a visit to the store unfortunately I couldn't fit it into my schedule i appreciate the individual who made such and effort to help me I will be definitely coming in the store on my next visit to Paris.
