This location is great! There’s a tram and bus stop nearby, so it’s easy to get around. And there’s a supermarket (casino) nearby too. Highly recommend it!

Great spot directly across from the c line of the metro, which goes straight to the train station very organized metro system, and the staff also told us about a great restaurant just beside The B&B hotel called poupoule. Fantastic French food! There is also a convenience store directly beside them so really all you need is here to plan your excursions into Bordeaux.

Great hotel, super friendly staff and easy to get to on the tram. There's a direct tram to/from the airport that stops outside the hotel and you can be in the centre of town in less than 10 minutes. We will definitely come back.

Check in time 14:00, we arrived at 13:31, but informed check in only at 14:00, I then asked if I could park my car so we could go to the city, No check in time is 14:00, so we waited in reception for 30 minutes then we checked in at 14:00, not customer satisfaction, at breakfast the following morning, asked if we had paid for breakfast yet, no I replied, please pay before you eat. So then to reception to pay, crazy system.

A massive thanks to Nasra from the reception, she was friendly and welcoming. I thought she was the highlight of whole stay. Everything else was good, I would rate a 10 if they fix the AC issue and kettle in the room.

Meanwhile the location of the hotel is tricky is accesible due to bus and metro station being close. The rooms and staff are far to be desired, the rooms are so small that my mom had to sleep very uncomfortable because she had to leave her bag on the bed due to the lack of space. The AC wasnt working either which made the night even worse The staff specially on the kitchen was very rude, i know there was a language barrier between french and spanish but at least they could be more kind and understandable The best part was when i left the place Overall completely not recommendable at all and if you end being here, if your agency booked you on this place i feel pity of your soul mate

The location is great. The tram stop is right in front of the hotel. You can get to the city center in 15 minutes. The staff is professional and friendly. Parking is a bit tight, but it's okay. 80% of the spaces are marked for people with disabilities. Breakfast is the smallest I've seen for 10 euros in hotels. Omelet, bacon bits, coffee, and buns. No vegetables or fruits. In other hotels, you can even get Prosecco for the same priceю
