I hired Jose to install a fence at my property in South Philadelphia, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From start to finish, he was responsive, transparent, and professional. He communicated clearly throughout the project, showed up on time, and completed the work exactly as promised. The quality of the fence and his workmanship were excellent. I hired Jose for deck repair. He came out and provided an estimate less than 24hrs of me requesting a quote on Thumbtack. He started the job right after the holiday and it was done in a day and a half. He, along with his son and additional contractor were courteous, knowledgeable and professional. The craftsmanship far exceeded my expectations and I will 1000% recommend his services and also plan to hire them for additional work in the future. I’ve lived in my home for 15yrs now and this is the first time I’ve had an awesome experience having a major repair completed. Thanks again Jose!!!

When a car ran into my house, Jose was able to come out quickly to look at the damage. Without knowing how much damage there was structurally, he was confident enough to give a very competitive estimate. They began work the next day, repairing the foundation and supporting wall. They adapted well to circumstances, and choices were presented to me clearly as they arose. They were able to do all of the carpentry and get a rough coat on in one day. The finished job from the outside made it look like nothing had happened.

I contacted Jose to see if he would put trim around my inside door. Even though it was a small job, Jose did not hesitate and the job was completed the very next day. Jose did a great job. He is reliable, punctual, and takes pride in his work. He makes sure everything is to your liking. Jose is willing to take on small jobs as well as the big jobs.

We hired Jose to help us tare down and replace our fence and gate. We showed him images of what we wanted and he was able to make it happen at fair price. He was easy to get a hold of and arrived when he said he would. I am very pleased with the work Jose and his son did, I will certainly call him again for future projects.

Would highly recommend JLF Construction for any door trim installation or repair needs. Several of my doors in the home were left about 1 inch too short on door trim at the bottom after replacing existing flooring on the 1st level of my home. JLF Construction replaced and painted the door trim and now the trim around these doors look better than ever! So happy I chose Jose and his son for this project. When I reached out for an estimate, Jose called me back the same day and was over the next to discuss the job and finalize the estimate. He brushed painted our deck and replaced a few boards all in one day. Did a great job including clean up. Definitely highly recommend.
