Animals are really abused in this animal's shop: hamsters, rats, birds live in terrible conditions - extremly small spaces without necessary equipment for the animals. I bought one hamster syrien in this shop just to save him from this terrible shop and of course this hamster is very wild and scared. He passed there many months and now is absolutely damaged physically. Please do something for your animals or stop selling them.

Horrible service!!!!!. In early July 2025 I wanted to order a replacement basket for my lawn mower that I had bought a Brico. Before even ordering I had to go through a agonizingly complicated procedure to have them determine whether they have the basket on stock (it took 6 weeks to find out). Then I had to fully pay the basket, before they would even order it. I paid, just to find out 3 weeks later that they forgot to order it! After another 3 weeks, it had still not arrived. It‘s been 3 months now, 4 email interactions, 3 phone calls and 4 personal appearances in the shop. They never contacted me, despite every time saying they would within 14 days. Well, someone must have fallen into a deep snooze. So, having had enough, I cancelled the order and wasted lots of time. NEVER BUY TOOLS OR MACHINES AT LECLERC BRICO. I seem not to be the only one with this experience. Every one I told the story rolled their eyes asking „Didn’t you know??!“. Dear reader - now you know - follow my advice.

Bought wood and had it cut by B. It was quick, he was helpful, friendly and precise. Could give advice in french and german. Really good expirience. Thank you
