This small train tour is definitely worth joining. It’s a great way to better understand the local culture and also makes it easier to identify places you’d like to explore in more detail. The price is reasonable, and we had a very enjoyable experience. Accept card payment

scam if you buy the tickets thru the Official QR code on the street, to let you know, the price is really cheap, and is not about the money we paid, is about the way the mistreated us. we had buy 2 tickets thru this QRCode and we haven’t received any PDF file from the tickets, ay the time we told the guy from the train, he was yelling at us and being so rude in front of all the people saying that he need the file even when a we show him the payment success in their web page and also the mail from the card payment… for being a touristic place having people like this in charge is the worst, you need to keep in mind…., show you the picture form the rude guy and also form the success page for the payment….

This little train was a pleasant surprise. At first we thought it was overpriced, but after halfway through the tour, we realized that we actually got a bargain you see all the highlights of the city that are clearly explained by headphone in your language and then you see residential areas which make you feel like you’ve seen a good perspective of all the different parts of the city I recommend this Tour

A nice route, and a nice way to see the place for kids or adults who aren't keen on walking so far. Unfortunately the service was really terrible. The people in charge of seating were rude and seemed really bothered. For us it was ok, but for example they insisted that two other couples be split so they couldn't sit together and basically told them to get lost when they protested.... I can understand that their job isn't always easy, but a little kindness goes a long way! As many have mentioned, the audio guide could be better, I didn't find it so bad though. The problem was more that the head phone often didn't work - we had two pairs where only one side worked, and one port that was broken so no headphones could be plugged in at all. I personally wouldn't go with this company again.

You can travel around Colmar by this train and take a good view. They have audio guides, and you will know the information about the spots that you pass. It is good for a short trip in Colmar, I love it !!!

⚠️ Be very careful before leaving your stroller with the staff! Before boarding the train, an employee told us to leave our stroller and assured us it would be safe. When we came back, it was gone. The employee showed no sense of responsibility and simply told us to go to the police station. The police said someone had taken it. We had to walk around town and the police station with our tired children, without a stroller, and not once did the staff apologize. When we tried to look for the stroller ourselves, the employee yelled at us to “go to the police right now.” Never trust the staff to keep your belongings safe — they take no responsibility at all.

Very nice experience for families 👪 loved the route and had a great time and interesting information about the architecture of downtown colmar. The audio guide supports the Arabic language, and that was nice to have. The only thing that was disappointing is that they only accepted cash 💸 so we had to wait for the next ride because of that. Highly recommended 🚂🚃🚃🚃🚃🚃

It's ok. CASH ONLY. I'd like to try the "white train" instead next time or in the next town. The green (and white) train leaves every half hour or more, if the train does not have 10 passengers. The tour is posted as 35 minutes of driving time. Only 2 of the 4 headphones were working 100% in our row and our friends behind us only had 1 of 4. The non-working headphones only had one side of the headphone working. The most important part that I felt was lacking was the "guided" portion. So much more history could have been talked about in this ancient city. So much was missing and too much classical music. The music was beautiful, but so much more could have been narrated and shared. For example... What type of construct)besides "French Style."Stone from Lorraine or stone from Les Voges, imported from ... show us the oldest building on the route and tell us when it was constructed. There were many old visual signs (for those who could not read) on the route, like butcher, baker, etc. Tell us about them when we pass them. Souch was not said. Also, it was difficult to take pictures because the pauses were not longer enough.
