The good thing is the beautiful location with the lack view. Otherwise is just a ROOM nothing else. Reception is in different building in addition to restaurants. Front desk is not available 24 hours. But they are good when available. Breakfast is bad. We have stayed 3 nights including breakfast . We had a breakfast only once then decided not to eat again. Finally, I will recommend this place to groups.

We have spent 3 nights there trying to rest of very sporty vacations. I was a bit worried because of some bad reviews and also arriving because our building for the rooms and the pool are a bit outdated. But then it turned up that the restaurant is super nice, great food and up to date + staff is very nice and doing their best with the animations. We did not do the organized hikes as we tend to do more difficult but I imagine that joining them is of great value if you want to have it easy and their system to prepare a lunch box is perfect. I have been staying at club med and of course this is not the same level but neaclub is also much cheaper and no plane is needed if you come from CH or FR. The village is also a bit away of all the crowd in annecy which is nice.

Spent 3 nights at Neaclub, Les balcons du lac. The place has been fully renovated and the team is new as well. Very good hospitality from the staff, clean and quiet room. As it is more of a Village Vacances, better ask if you want some hotel services. Good breakfast and very nice view on the lake. For another 20.5 euros you can enjoy the buffet at night including beverages. No problem for parking.

I accompanied my husband to a conference here for 5 days. The location is outstanding with it's breathtaking views of the lake and the mountains. The staff at the reception is friendly and helpful. Daily activities need to be more obviously publicized as I found out about the program through word of mouth. Aurélie is a wonderful tour guide. Rooms are tiny with no ac and no screens in the window. This might have been fine 10 years ago but with climate change, nights are suffocating. Dining room staff are rigid and not eager to please and food is hit or miss. Same rubber scrambled eggs every morning that run out 10 minutes before end of breakfast time which is 9:30. Fruit juices and coffee available at breakfast, coffee only at lunch and none of the above at dinner. It is however possible to purchase coffee. Vegetables always overcooked. 10 am checkout time strictly enforced at which time a person enters your room and proceeds to remind you of this and asks that you kindly leave the door open, all while you are sitting on the toilet!

I put 4 stars for service for the reception and bar staffs. Kitchen chief and staffs are disrespectful. Instead of asking me nicely what they can cook for me, they dismissed me after the first meal. So, avoid food here if you're allergic or if your stomach is weak. I came in a group. For example, this morning the 8th October I took 3 glasses in a row, all dirty. And yesterday afternoon several persons told me they felt their stomach burning so much it hurt them. I suspected pasta. It had a weird taste. Rooms also can be cleaner. And more air renewed. It is stinking.

Great view, though old and small rooms. I booked for one night, but there was a problem with the sink in the bathroom (the water did not drain, so there was a small pool upon my arrival). To top it off, there was a cockroach on the faucet (got a picture to show at the reception, since they did not speak english). The maintenance people were not available, there was no other room and nothing they could do, so I could live with it or leave. I got a refund and left to find an other place to stay. Lost 3 hours of my weekend holiday without so much as an excuse.

The location is superb thanks to the view on the Lac D'Annecy. The facility is old and shall be renovated. The breakfast was fairly good and the ambience in the restaurant is not bad: I believe it reflects the spirit of the region. Prking the car was not easy as I had to park on the road side.

Very disappointing, although the view of the lake was great.||||Accommodation comprised bedroom and kitchen only, no living room, even though described as an apartment. Standard well below the advertised 3*, and poor cost to quality ratio. No-star chain hotels in France have a better standard than this!||||Apartment block is very run down and unattractive from the outside, and seriously in need of refurbishment. Interior resembled a low grade student hostel. Muddy car park. ||||The kitchen had no soap or cleaning materials. 2 of the 3 saucepans were dirty. An unlocked supplies room contained no materials other than about 15 rolls of toilet paper. No phone, so the only way we could contact reception was to walk 3 – 4 mins from our building to the reception. ||||Our room was too cold, in spite of having the radiator set at max. The flow water through the radiators was barely lukewarm. We compensated by turning on the electric hob in the kitchen, and used the hair dryer for heating the bedroom. Most unsatisfactory. ||||Noise throughout the night from adjacent lift.||||Two disposable glasses in bathroom were provided, but one was dirty presumably from use be a previous occupant. ||||Horrible place, to which we would never want to return!
