Very helpful staffing. It's a large hospital so finding your way is not easy but everyone seeing our hesitant behavior offered immediate assistance . Simply lovely
I had to undergo a minor day surgery procedure at the Clinique this week. The staff at the Clinique were amazing. Highly professional and efficient. I only speak a little French as an Australian and had no problem communicating with the staff of the Clinique. The reception staff were very helpful in giving very clear instructions and every step of the process for the morning was well planned and went smoothly. A superb experience I have to say.
Excellent and kind care from the nursing and medical team. The surgeon gave me full pre and post operative explanations. One star removed for problems inserting my intravenous drip and a rather nervous anaesthetist just before the op, but it all went well!
The hospital was welcoming and efficient. The doctors were first class and made me feel so at ease. The nursing staff were caring and efficient. First class, thank you all at St Hilair.
My husband was admitted in 2007 after a heart attack They saved his life. Fortunately we had travel insurance. My French improved quite a lot and I enlarged my vocabulary talking to the nurses who were without exception pleasant and even humorous.
Healthcare perfectly fine. However, I take grave exception, having booked a basic-rate single room and checked in to CESH at 10h00 on the Monday and checked out at 10h00 on the Tuesday to being charged for TWO nights because I was there on both the Monday and the Tuesday. No warning given at Pre-Admission when quoted a rate for one night that in real terms a one-night stay in a single room was impossible to achieve - absolutely extortionate.
We would like to thank Docteur Pierre Nehamia and all the staff at the clinic for their care and kindness to my husband, Mr Michael Nichols, during his various appointments, treatment and throughout his operation on 30th June followed by a short stay in the hospital. Although my husband doesn't speak much french, everyone was very patient with us and we are very grateful. Mrs Sylvia Nichols
Excellent medical treatment, but I had to wait nearly 4 hours for discharge paperwork.
