If you want to be in the middle of nowhere on the outskirts of anywhere decent, choose this. Faded Motel ‘hotel’ . Checking in - dreadful if you don’t speak French, reluctant to iron out booking errors on their part . Enquired how much a taxi was to Disney was - told ‘no idea! ‘ Breakfast nothing special for the price , asked for more bread as basket empty , got glared at in disapproval by the staff . Definitely not a restaurant, Not much available on from the menu, The reception staff go in back , pop frozen pizza in oven and say everything else is not available, Outside seating area some seats worn and shabby . The rooms have no AC stuffy & small , beds were comfortable , sheets clean bathrooms clean . No enough towels or toilet roll , has to be better accommodation avail in this area look around !

Think of Travellodge abroad, basic but I have to say the staff upon checking in was a lovely guy smiley and welcoming, gave tips on travel and food options in the area as well as offering breakfast option etc. room was spotless, bedding spotless fresh clean towels and the shower was really good. Bed was huge. Tea and coffee making facilities and wifi available. Large tv with Netflix and YouTube. Also very accommodating to my child with special needs allowing us cutlery and bowls from the kitchen upto our room to feed my son even when kitchen was closed for the night. Overall I'd definitely stay again. Taxi using bolt app was great 35euro from airport to hotel and 32euro from hotel to Disneyland

We only stayed one night as we were heading back home the next day. The hotel was budget priced but was better than many more expensive hotels that we have stayed at. The room was clean and a fairly good size. The bathroom had a full bathtub and was not small. There was a ledge at the front window of the bedroom which was very convenient for eating or putting your personal items on and you could place your luggage below. There were 2 entry doors with an additional side window and a good size storage shelf. We really liked the staff and they were very accomodating and friendly. They had a restaurant on site that was mostly a buffet. We had both the dinner and breakfast buffets. Both had a good selection of items, the food was fresh and were at a good price. Lots of dessert items! Again we have had buffets that cost a lot more and were not nearly as good.

From start hotel staff looked at us like sh×× becuase we were english! Ask queations to be told dont understand. Rooms are nothing like the photos breakfast was a waste of time. Id avoid hotel at all coast as everyone in is rude and cant be assed to help you when u need any assidents. Id much rsther of had a tent a put up out side and slept in that! Not worth the money only worth 5 quid a night of anyones money. I wouldnt booked this hotel ever again. I am very disqusted buy the way we got treated and i will be taking this further!

I stayed for two nights at the Hotel Campanile Chelles. The bed was very comfortable with clean sheets and beds were changed and towels washed daily. My room and bathroom was very clean.||The staff at reception were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. I needed an adapter plug to charge my mobile phone and the reception staff were only to willing to help. Also had a pleasant quiet night's sleep. \Hotel was in a nice quiet area of Chelles.|||| This hotel offers lunch and dinner on site which was very convenient. The restaurant was very clean and pleasant. The buffet breakfast for only 9 euros was very good value. There were high standards in the restaurant with food well presented and also kept at the right temperature.||||For a budget hotel it was a very good experience and I will be booking to return to Campanile Hotel Chelles.

The rooms are clean and reasonably comfortable.||The breakfast is simple but of reasonable quality.||Having the rooms separated from the reception and restaurant can be a discomfort in winter or cold times.||It was the first time since long that I had a wifi with a speed so low ( less than 1 Mbps), I would even get back to cellular if there was a good reception, but it was not the case.||The wifi spent time disconnecting. ||The parking is large and spacious||The personnel is friendly and is trying their best to make your stay good.

Stayed here for one night with my 5 y/o nephew after a day at Disney. Was prepared to be disappointed after some of the dramatic reviews on here but was pleasantly surprised!||||We arrived late and were checked in with no hassle. The twin room had a brand new bathroom with a great shower, was clean, warm and had comfy beds and a large TV. ||||Breakfast buffet was good, staff were friendly and spoke perfect English.||||Overall great stay, definitely recommend!

It was our second time we stayed in the Campanile. Even though i am not a fan of budget hotels this hotel was perfect for our visit to friends and on our previous visit also to Disney which by car is closeby. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was simple but good. We missed breakfast once but there is a McDonalds very close. Staff friendly and helpfull. The restaurant is also worth a try which satified our needs. There is also a chinese restaurant across the road if you fancy something different. We travelled with a small dog so we requested a groundfloor room which is ideal for letting her out. All in all we were extremely satisfied with our stay. Car is a must.
