The photographs prominently displayed on your websites constitute unequivocally false advertising. These images are meticulously curated to present an illusion of pristine beauty and impeccable cleanliness, a stark contrast to the actual condition of the premises. As a Director of Photography, I possess a professional understanding of image manipulation, and I can attest that these photographs have been enhanced to a degree that fundamentally misrepresents the reality of the property, constituting a deliberate deception to prospective customers. I intend to disseminate photographic evidence and a detailed account of our experience across all relevant platforms to ensure that future potential guests are fully aware of the truth. The specific deficiencies of the apartment were numerous and alarming: Hair was pervasive on the floors. The sofabed was visibly soiled with hair, sand, and various stains. The pillows emitted an offensive odor. The walls and curtains were disturbingly marred by dead and bloody mosquitoes, a truly repulsive sight. The lower-ground toilets contained literal human waste. All beds were infested with sand. My attempts to address these critical issues with the receptionist were met with shocking disrespect and unhelpfulness. Her demeanor was consistently rude, dismissive, and characterized by smirks that conveyed a complete lack of concern. When I articulated our grievances regarding the room's condition, her response was an astounding ultimatum: "either that or you sleep in the street, we have no other rooms." She subsequently dispatched a cleaner, who instructed us to simply place our bedsheets over the sand-filled beds, asserting this was "normal."

The entire facility and accommodations are run-down. The pictures are misleading and do not reflect reality. There's trash everywhere, broken amenities, and the rooms are simply disgusting. Pool closes at 7 pm. Children's toys are not allowed. Very disappointing. Not recommended!

Photos in booking doesn’t match the reality. Reception is useless (we’ve been waiting for 25minutes for reception to open so we could do the check out) as we need to get our 300€ bond back. Pool is dirty and showers doesnt work. Sofa bed is really uncomfy. Don’t recomend this place, they dont care about their guests. Search for another place to stay.

We had 4 nights here as part of a family tour of france. The apartments was very clean, spacious and well equipped- we dined in 2 evenings and used the kitchenette. There was plenty of space for trhe four of us, although only one sofa - so comfortable seating was fought over! The pool is excellent - not enough sunbeds, and the poolside could have done with a hose down - it wasnt bad - just not excellent. We hired bikes form the residence and had a great time exploring the area. Airconditioning would be a great advantage - there is none.

We had booked this apartment through a booking site I had neither heard of or used before so were a little apprehensive on arrival. When we turn up the gates were closed and a notice on them saying reception opened at 17.00. We returned the appointed time and joined a short queue after a few minutes the receptionist spoke enough english and with my french we were booked in with little fuss. We had brought our own towels, so only required to hire bedding, we were then directed to a delightful apartment on the first floor overlooking the central pool area, the apartment was clean and bright in the evening sun, streaming through the patio windows. On looking in the cupboard, I discovered, one coffee cup was cracked, one missing and short of wine glasses. I returned to reception and spoke tp another receptionist who said one moment please and returned with 2 cups and wine glasses , no problem!. Considering we had paid only £452 for the fortnight, I thought the accommodation was good value. The apartment was well equipped with fridge, coffee filter machine, kettle, toaster, 4 pans 2 frying pans, 2 lids, salad spinner, colander and a fan. Cooking equipment consisting of a double hob and microwave. There were adequate plates, dishes, cups mugs, glasses for 4 people. The bedroom had bedside table and a large wardrobe, a sofa bed in the lounge also had 2 little bedside tables/ coffee tables, supplied with 2 standard lamps and 2 bedside lamps, altogether well equipped.

Where do I even begin…This was one of the worst apartment I’ve ever booked. As soon as you walk in, the smell of urine and the sight of the dirty walls, floors, and couch catches your eyes and your smell immediately. The couch had tons of dark stains, who knows what that could’ve been. When we walked in to the bedroom, there was no sheets and you had to put them on yourself. The bathroom smelled disgusting. It really looks like this apartment hasn’t been cleaned in years. The kitchen does come with plates and utensils but there is no dish soap, nor a sponge to clean after yourself…how do you expect the guest to clean if there is nothing of that sort provided. The pictures posted that advertise this place are inaccurate. In short- this place is horrendous and really looks nothing like the pictures. Completely misleading. The pictures of the pool that they posted makes it look like a nice place to stay but I promise you it is nothing like that. Besides the accommodation, there is nothing around the area. Entering the place is extremely difficult for no reason. No one responds, the only way we got in to the gate was by following another resident that went in. We payed for one night but we decided to leave after 2 hours because we couldn’t stay in that place. If i could give it negative stars, I would. This place doesn’t even deserve a star; i’m not sure how it has 3 stars. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT DO NOT STAY HERE.

We spent 2 weeks at Cap Med at the beginning of June and had a wonderful time. With under 250 euro per week it was a great value for money. We stayed there outside the peak summer season and I cannot recommend more to avoid school vacation . This however mean that you have to take kids out from school . You also MUST have a car to fully appreciate the area.|| Pros:||1 spacious clean apartments , with adequately equipped kitchenette and great spacious terrace. No air-conditioning -so avoid hottest months ||2. great heated swimming pool. Sufficient amount of sunbeds and umbrellas but only a quarter of apartments were inhabited in June . In peak season , finding free sunbed/umbrella may be a challenge ||3. Lots to see and explore around ( Le Grande Motte , Camargue Nature reserve , Roman cities of Orange , Nimes and Arles, medieval Avignon, fortress at Aigues Mortes etc) ||4. fantastic L'Espiguette beach only 2 km drive by car/ bike. ||5. There is a small supermarket close to the residence. ||6. Bikes renting availability .||Cons: ||1. Sofa was tired with stains on internal mattress , but we were offered appropriate matters cover . ||2. Only one receptionist spoke English but she was available most of the time. All reception staff was kind and helpful.||3. poor wi-fi speed , disconnecting frequently (20euro/ week). But for basic email checking there is a FREE internet available at the reception through the whole day ( quite slow though)

Starting with check in. You can not enter the property till 4 pm along with everyone else. We queued till 17.15 till we got our room. There was still people queueing behind us. The room is small but has a large balcony. There is no air conditioning! Your balcony fronts onto another balcony so blind's down. Kitchen is hot plate and microwave and fridge. Not sure you would do more than cereal in this. The rooms on the far side of the pool benefit from afternoon sun so are cooking when you finally get to your room. The double bed is the smallest size but the bedding was nice. The room remained uncomfortably hot all night and in morning. Not somewhere to linger. Pool closes at 7pm and does not open till 10 am. Looked a decent size though. They do breakfast but we passed on it. I will not be using this hotel again and I would not recommend it to any one.
