I love this shop with loads of beautiful things ... Some of the reviews are not thought through.. of course she has to say dont touch the jellycats. they would become grubby and she wouldnt be able to sell them. There is an awful lot of shoplifting too which is why she has to limit the number of people into the shop as she cannot keep an eye on everyone and of course no prams and pushchairs in a small and very full shop - prams are also used for shoplifting - tho of course not everyone is doing it. I highly recommend this shop for beautiful toys..

My two girls love jelly cats so we’re very excited to see them stocked here. Unfortunately the owner is very rude and immediately told us we weren’t allowed to touch anything - in a toy shop! Honestly. Also had a rule about numbers of people inside, so as a family of 4 one of us had to wait outside because there were 2 people inside. It is a small shop but you would think they were selling diamonds the way they carried on. No other shop was like this so I don’t know what they think they stock that warrants this kind of treatment of paying customers. Toy shops with your kids can be wonderful experiences, this one was not.

Two stars for the beautiful and tasteful toys you can buy in this shop. Unfortunately very unfriendly welcoming by the lady in the shop , with the bare words : „keep the pram outside“. It’s a small shop, but still it’s a children’s shop and to forbid to bring in the pram with a Baby in is ridiculous. Fair enough, we left it outside. Straight away the children, that just came into the shop we’re harshly told off to not touch anything (which they weren’t). It was just a very unfriendly and most child-unfriendly atmosphere , what a shame. I would have liked to buy some nice toys here and supported the Lillie local business, but that unwelcoming unfriendliness spoiled it. Please be more (family) friendly and supportive, that would fit to that cute little shop so well :) :)

Unbelievably rude woman. My second time coming, thought perhaps the first was an off day for her - nope, she just hates children, and English children more than anything!

Petit univers onirique rempli de jouets de qualité ! Un magnifique lieu pour les petits… qui fait aussi rêver les grands. ✨

Le magasin foisonne de jouets ,vetements, peluches ect Y entrer c'est retrouver son âme d'enfant. Les vendeuses sont très sympathiques .

Un magasin à Bergerac oui on est jamais le bienvenue, il est 17h35. On vient de rentrer avec notre petite fille pour voir si on pouvait l’offrir un cadeau. La dame nous dit : « vous allez acheter quelque chose ? ». Parce qu’on ferme… à 18h. Pas de commentaires.

Venue aujourd'hui dans le but d'acheter une peluche pour une naissance, nous comparions deux lapins en peluche quand la vendeuse nous a demandé de façon très désagréable d'arrêter de toucher celles ci comme si elle parlait à des enfants...Nous avons préféré quitter ce magasin qui visiblement n'a pas très envie de vendre!
