I had a great experience staying here over the two years of my studies! The location was ideal & close to my university, with plenty of shops and public transport options nearby, which made everything really convenient.The residence always felt safe and was well maintained. I also have to highlight how helpful Maeva, the Residence Manager, has been throughout my stay. She's always been patient, quick to help, and made the process of living here so much easier. If you’re looking for a place that's secure, convenient, and managed by someone you can really count on, I would definitely recommend this residence!

I stayed in this residence for two years during my studies, and it was a wonderful experience. The residence is ideally located, with both bus and tram stops nearby, making commuting easy. The entire process, from moving in to moving out, was seamless. Maeva, the residence manager, is incredibly kind and always willing to help. She promptly addressed any issues I encountered and resolved them efficiently. Overall, my time here was excellent, and I highly recommend this residence to students looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to stay.

I would recommend this accommodation. The manager, Maeva, was always very helpful whenever there was a request I had. The room was fairly modern. I stayed there for five months and the location was great, since I was interning at the CEA. It is also a 25min walk from the center, and there is a tram station very close. - Nikos

I lived in this student residence for a year and a half, and overall, my stay was pleasant. However, when I moved out, the residence manager claimed the studio wasn’t properly cleaned and charged me €115 for 4 hours of cleaning. I understand being charged if some corners were not spotless, but I had cleaned the entire 18m² studio thoroughly. It’s hard to believe it takes 4 hours to clean a space that small—especially just for one or two missed spots. If you're considering staying here, be aware that you might lose a large part of your deposit due to cleaning charges. Before you leave, make sure to clean every hidden corner — including behind and under every appliance — or be prepared to pay an unreasonably high cleaning bill, even if the place is mostly clean.

Stayed here for 9 months during my business studies in Grenoble. Great location and everything. But the bed is a single bed and it comes with a second single bed but separate (on the floor), which was disappointing. And the lights are so freaking dim and depressing in the room, especially in winter.

I've stayed here for more than one year and I can truly recommend this housing. Modern building, clean inside, very good sound isolation. Only 1 person studios with own bathroom. The location is great, 2 min to tram station, 10 min to the centre of the city, 35 min to Campus UGA, 10 min Presquile. Well equipped carrefour shop nearby. Very nice and polite residence manager, MR Rocha, English-speaking, very helpful and always a happy person. I can recommend this place for all foreign students.

Best student accommodation. I stayed at this place for 3 months and never did I face any issues. The residence has all the facilities required at a walking distance- be it grocery stores, eateries, tram station, train station etc. The residence is safe and clean. M. Randolph Rocha (Responsable de Residence) is very polite and welcoming. Since I was new to the place, I had bothered him with numerous queries and he was always happy to help. Thank you so much for a lovely comfortable stay.

Stayed here for one year as a GEM student and the experience was perfect. Perfect location with very convenient Caffour nearby. The procedures are simple and services are considerate.
