DALBEC VINCENT

Popped in without a reservation and called the number on the door - the owner arrived within 3 minutes! Had a wonderful 45 minutes discussing the vineyard, the wines, the local area and hearing about the history of Beaujolais wines. The wines were delicious and we purchased 6 bottles. If you have kids with you I’d strongly recommend this tasting room, they have a small play set outside and an inside jungle gym, so you can actually enjoy the tasting while the kids play! Such a wonderful spot and we so look forward to drinking these wines when we get back to London!

We had an absolutely amazing experience during our tour and tasting at Domaine Cédric Vincent. The explanation of their process was incredibly informative and helped us truly understand the care that goes into every bottle. The wines themselves are top class, a real testament to the high quality methods they use. We enjoyed every moment and definitely recommend this experience to anyone visiting the area!

We were welcomed in English by Cédric and his wife Laurence, who drove us in the countryside around Pouilly le Monial and the other villages of the Pierres Dorées (Golden Stones) area and narrated the story of the region, of Cédric himself and his estate. They have been very kind and willing to answer our questions! Then, we had a guided tasting of their excellent wines paired with some charcuterie while they explained to us their choices in the winemaking process. Such a passionate couple!

I rang before our visit both to ensure they were open, and that they could host English speakers. The wife of the vigneron (she said they were married last week!) spoke very good English. We were given an introduction to the vineyards and the wine, and then tasted several of the reds. The ‘Sanctus’ and Morgan La Grand Cras were both outstanding wines. We purchased a bottle of the Sanctus, sadly we could not ship more back to Australia - the cost was prohibitive. Thank you so much for the opportunity to taste your wines.

Enjoyed the tasting and the great view

Nous avons eu l'occasion de découvrir le domaine lors de notre séjour entre cousins aux Pierres Dorées. Malgré notre arrivée à l’improviste et la présence d’un groupe déjà sur place, nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis, malgré notre grand nombre (9 adultes et 5 enfants). Laurence et Cédric nous ont accordé de leur temps sans compter pour nous parler avant tout du terroir, du travail de la vigne et de la vinification, le tout raconté avec passion et agrémenté d'une dégustation de l'ensemble des produits du domaine. Si vous cherchez un domaine familial où l'on vous accueillera chaleureusement et où l'on vous parlera avant tout du terroir, alors vous êtes au bon endroit. De plus, nos enfants ont passé un bon moment, car un espace d’accueil est prévu pour eux en intérieur comme en extérieur

Nous avons eu le plaisir de visiter un magnifique domaine familial au cœur du Beaujolais, et l’expérience a été tout simplement inoubliable. Vincent, le propriétaire, transmet une passion authentique pour son métier, mais un remerciement tout particulier va à Laurence, qui nous a accompagnés tout au long de la visite avec une grande compétence, une gentillesse remarquable et une chaleur humaine rare. Elle a su nous faire entrer dans l’âme du domaine, en racontant chaque détail avec enthousiasme et précision. Les vins sont excellents : expressifs, élégants et pleins de caractère, capables de refléter le terroir à chaque gorgée. Nous recommandons vivement à tous de visiter cet endroit merveilleux et de soutenir le développement du Domaine Cedric Vincent. Une expérience authentique qui reste dans le cœur !
