We have a full experience of the chateau visit, history introduction and mini seminar arranged. They have us detail explanation of everything about la mission haut brion which is very impressive. The visit finished with wine tasting on haut brion and la mission haut brion at their historical tasting room! It was a great visit. Thx team!

We visited the Château La Mission Haut-Brion in late October 2024 and were given a professional tour of the property owned by the Crown Prince of Luxembourg. The beautiful chapel and impressive cellars were the highlight. We tasted 2017 vintage of Chateau Haut Brion and La Mission Haut Brion. Our guide Aude was very professional

Great tasting experience. The mission has interesting history and was interesting even in the rain. Do not follow Google directions. Go to the haut Brion visitor center. You will have to follow your tour guide to get onto the property.

Once you walked into this estate , you felt the indescribable pretty scenery with tranquility and peacefulness from paradise . This beautiful and historic winery, belongs to the wine region Graves, located in close vicinity of the city of Bordeaux, in the commune of Talence with additional property in Pessac , produces a remarkable , excellent and first class Bordeaux wine from the Pessac-Léognan appellation, classed among the Crus Classés in the Graves classification of 1953. The château also produces a second wine, La Chapelle de la Mission, from younger vines since the 1991 vintage . Also the super outstanding dry white wine Château La Mission Haut-Brion Blanc since the merger of Château Laville Haut-Brion in 2010 . The estate situated on uniquely stony soil extends to nearly 21 hectares / 52 acres between the two portions in Pessac and Léognan, with a grape variety distribution of 48% Cabernet Sauvignon, 45% Merlot, and 7% Cabernet Franc. It produces annually 1)on average 6,000 to 7,000 cases (case of twelve 750 ml bottles ) of the (Grand Vin ) La Mission Haut-Brion. 2)The second wine La Chapelle de la Mission is produced from the vineyard's youngest vines with an average of 4,000 cases . 3)The white Château La Mission Haut-Brion Blanc ( previously the wine of Château Laville Haut-Brion ) has an annual production of 500 to 700 cases . It’s history dated back to 1540 , then transferred to the Lazarists Fathers in 1682 , then to Martial-Victor Vaillant in November 1792 , then to the Chiapella family in 1821 . In 1919 it was sold to Fréderic Otto Woltner and since operated by Frederic and his sons, Fernand and Henri who , became manager of the estate in 1921. The estate, along with La Tour Haut-Brion and Laville Haut-Brion ,was sold to Domaine Clarence Dillon, owners of Château Haut-Brion (since 1935) in 1983 by Françoise Woltner and Francis DeWavrin, daughter and son-in-law of Fernand Woltner. In 2009, Château La Mission Haut-Brion was considered by the
