Avis
Conveniently located for the Sunday food market along the quai and not far from the Cité du Vin but rather expensive. Might be better to park and ride on the tram for anything longer than a quick visit. The view from the rooftop parking places is a bonus
Perhaps the most awful parking structure I've ever parked in. Whoever designed this structure really had greed in mind as I will soon elaborate upon. To start off, I tried to pay my ticket at a machine near the elevator prior to exiting and was unable to. I had parked fairly close to the entrance and being that I was unable to pay for my ticket at the machine, decided it would be best to pay at the exit. I was not prepared for how difficult that was going to be. Finding the exit was a bit of a struggle and it was absurd how the path went. To find the exit, I had to go up the several levels of the structure, drive across the entirety of the structure, then go down all the levels. It felt never-ending and absolutely absurd. The lack of clear directions and the resulting confusion unnecessarily caused time to accumulate. I think I nearly wasted 10 minutes from just trying to figure out how to exit. I am convinced that such a convoluted path was designed as a subtle method to squeeze more money out of customers. Just terrible and I advise anyone who has no choice but to park here to be prepared to deal with this.
Love the atmosphere, shopping and view here. Right on the river Garonne.
Quite convenient parking location. Just be cautious not to pay right away when you're leaving. There's a loop to navigate before reaching the exit. Just pay at the exit gate.
Took about 5 minutes to drive out of this place whilst almost empty. The one way system with low ground clearance means anyone with a low car will be punished. Just park on the street
Handy parking space near to the centre of Bordeaux. It has lots of spaces so no we have no problems parking. There is a tram stop right outside and then 5 mins ride into the city centre I did the online prebooking - it was easy to book, but then didn't seem to work when i got there. Customer support at the gate sorted it easily enough, but next time i would just go and park as usual, not pre book
I booked and paid online, I followed the instructions but on entering the camera did not read my car registration, I followed the instructions on the screen which said "press for ticket" I was concerned that my registration had not been read and anticipated problems exiting. During my two day stay I emailed QPark customer service but got no reply. When leaving I put my ticket in the machine at the entrance to check and it demanded payment. I spoke to somebody through the intercom who advised me to drive to exit and press for assistance. I got to the entrance, pressed the help button and was put on hold. After a few minutes, with cars behind me I pressed again, I was told that I still had to pay the amount shown on screen even though I had already paid online. Eventually a man who worked there appeared and demanded down the intercom that the barrier was opened. The whole thing was chaotic and stressful. Very poor level of customer service, I was just grateful to the man who appreared and got the barrier open.
Hard to get in, almost impossible to get out, ticket machine didn't work...
