We stayed during Olympics, the hotel had plentiful secure parking with quick check in. The room was comfortable with aircon and basic facilities. Breakfast was a simple buffet. There was a nice restaurant and bar on site overlooking the river.

Very disappointing stay. The bed was not freshly made – the sheets were already dirty, which is absolutely unacceptable. Cleanliness should be the minimum standard, and this hotel clearly failed. In addition, the room was booked for two people, but only two large towels were provided – nothing else. This is not sufficient for two guests. At breakfast, almost everything was empty, with very little selection and nothing was refilled in time. On top of that, the staff was rude and arrogant, which made the experience even worse. I definitely do not recommend this hotel.

This is a great little Hotel and the restaurant food located next to it is of great quality and cooked very well. It's is open 24 hrs it has public transport bus stop outside the door on the street. The staff working there are friendly great and helpful. I was have difficulty topping up my transport card and the lady behind the desk tried her best to help me out with it. ( You know who you are thank you) There is also free wifi for guests. There is also vending machines and for a large latte Coffee €2.30 also other snacks and teas and minerals. The receptionist was great to have working there she was very informative about helping getting around. It is only located one hour from the heart of Paris Centre on public transport and the times are very frequent so the price is fare for the location. The rooms were nice and clean and beds very comfortable. Air conditioning also was great. The people in Augentile were down to earth friendly and nice to chat to. Nice selection of beers from the restaurant and again helpful staff. They made the language barrier easy for non French speaking persons. There is a supermarket about 10 mins away and loss of other transport options to bring you to the train station that takes you to the City Centre. Great location of you want to head north or south.

I’m a tour guide and stayed with a group of 40 people for 3 nights. It was a very positive experience, very nice staff, helpful in every way! Food at the restauran was wonderful , very Clean enviroment. We all loved staying here. The onoe negativemooint is thanthe parking don’t have a short cut to the hotel, it made it dificult as group to carry bags around .

We stayed here during the Olympics to watch the hockey, which was only a stone throw away from the hotel. The location of the hotel was very convenient and the restaurant next doors downstairs serves great food and friendly service all round. Overall, great value for our money. I hope many more sport events take place nearby to keep the hotel buzzing!

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. On the first morning I was woken up by drilling in a room near to mine. I went down to complain and ask for a refund for that first night. According to the staff, many other guests had also complained about the noise. I filled in a refund request form and was told by the reception staff that the manager would review the form one hour later. I came back in the evening and asked for an update. The staff at that time said they knew nothing and to come back in the morning. The next morning I was woken up by drilling AGAIN. I went down and spoke to the same staff from the previous morning and asked if the manager had responded. She said the manager was sick that day. So I said what about yesterday you said the manager was there. She said the manager was also sick yesterday. I told her that directly contradicts what she said the previous day that the manger was there. She had no response to that. I said OK so either you lied yesterday or you're lying today. When will I hear from the manager? She said the manager would email me. To this day I still have not heard a thing. Something is truly rotten about this hotel. Either it's the staff or the management, or both. It's a shame I had to give a bad review because the room was clean and comfortable for the price.

All in all, the stay was good and the staff were always friendly. However, the experience with the Wi-Fi in the room was terrible. In the 7 days we stayed, only on the last 2 days did the Wi-Fi work, and only reasonably. Another thing, in the 7 days of our stay, room service (cleaning and/or changing sheets) happened only once. We also had a problem with a bright light in the room that never switched off (we had to cover it with a cloth to relieve it). Finally, we didn't get the member discount on breakfast.
