I’ve been with Delta now almost 20 years. I don’t fly as often but when I do fly always top notch and I love that. They will make an offering for an upgrade and so I didn’t do first on the way to Paris, but on the way back, I upgraded to first and it was stellar. They have a good thing going.

Delta has turned into a discount airline charging premium prices. I haven’t had a pleasant travel experience with them in years. Current traveling out of Charles De Gaule and we are in some kind of terminal I have never seen before. There are no real food or drink options, the bathrooms are disgusting, it is 85 degrees inside, and the boarding process is insanely inefficient and requires a bus to the aircraft. We paid for a premium airline for this trip but are being treated like garbage. I will be moving away from Delta for future travel plans.

Horrible airlines, they don't honor any of their rules or regulations. To have anything done on time is a myth and don't ever go on an international trip on a flight that is operated by any of their partners because they will screw you over on any perks that you might have. When I called their support line as a platinum member the agent offered to change my trip to Delta operated flight while I was traveling back to the US. He didn't even check the flight date that I provided early on

How come there’s no 0/5 rating ? They don’t even deserve 1 star. The POOREST customer service on earth ! After their plane took off late in Atlanta and made us missing our connecting flight in Paris, nothing was done to take care of us. The next available flight scheduled 24 hours later and all they could give us is 30€ in coupons you can’t even use in a restaurant. We got at the airport at 3pm and they said they would only accommodate people after 10pm with mattresses in a big room pretexting that the airport hotel was full … which was a lie cause we went there and paid 240€ for a (6pm-9am) stay. Delta airlines … NEVER again !

Currently in Paris without our luggage. Delta nor Air France has been any help. Neither take responsibility and are taking action to find our luggage- they keep pushing us back and forth. 3 days and nothing. As someone who travels quite often, it is clear I will never fly with Delta again.

Delta @ CDG is a mess. The staff is all over the place, no clear instructions when boarding. In-flight experience is also below average for prem economy. Air france is a better option when flying to Asia/N Amer

I required mobility assistance and arrived 3 hours early even though it was a continuation from day prior. I was flying Delta One. I was not offered the lounge even though I asked. I was not offered anything to drink or use of toilet facilities. I was left, parked in front of a cold door. Terrible service at the Paris CDG Airport.
