The worst experience in all my 42 years of going to a dr. I had come into the surgery with bronchitus and a temperature and the reception staff welcomed me by demanding that i dont go near the desk. After 4 patients and 2.30 hours later i finally saw a dr who took my temperature that was 38.5 and diagnosed with me bronchitus, i understand french when spoken slowly but when i harmly asked if he spoke English he answered by saying in french, Do you want to me speak Arab as well? my boyfriend had to translate as the dr did not explain anthing to me as he refused too. He then told me, and i am not lying, that he would go to work if he had my illness. I am a teacher who works with primary aged children. The only words i have for the lady behind the desk was rude, angry and dismissive. I cant stress enough to choose another surgery.

Terrible secretary not at all sence of tact or logic. On the phone she said that clinique works without an appointment and i came 15 min later. Then she said or even shouted that she doesnt take more patients till the afternoon and i have to come back in several hours. Just unbelievebly poor service

Absolutely appalling costumer service. I have called SEVEN times in a row only to be disconnected each time! I got to talk to one person who took the call but she could not be bothered to transfer my call and disconnected on my face. The rest of the times I was transfered to different services automatically but got disconnected before I had a chance to talk to anybody. All I wanted to know was until what time the X-ray department was open ... I suppose customers have to guess ... Also, calls are expensive, no regular contact number is provided on their site. Definitely NOT happy and now not interested in going there, if they cannot even take calls how will they treat customers in sito?!...

I usually go here when I can’t get a normal doctors appointment for last minute illnesses. There is quiet a bit of waiting but I have always gotten excellent medical care and treatment.

Says open till 10pm, nobody opens door at 21.15pm.

I am making this my official medical clinic!

Pire maison Medicale de Cannes. Je suis arrivée à 14h, j’ai tenté de m’enregistrer mais la secrétaire m’a dit qu’elle prenait d’abord une pause de 15min. J’ai attendu 45min qu’elle termine sa pause... Il est 17h39 et je ne suis toujours pas passé. Personnel incompétent, aigri, LENT, il y a un seul medecin pour une 10aine de patients, c’est lamentable.... je souffre mais je m’en vais.
