LES PRES DE MEAUX

Stop off en route to Spain. Nice enough but completely deserted and on a Sunday night there was nowhere to eat - the hotel restaurant was closed for most of August. We had a car so drove to get refreshments and ordered pizza. On arrival we asked for extra pillows - it was a no in case they needed the other rooms (presumably for a last minute influx). Reception closes at 8.30 but someone is on site if needed. Martin was helpful. Room huge but very little storage if you were stopping for a period of time. Air Con locked at 23 degrees regardless of outside temperatures.

Honestly it was cheap and cheerful clean but basic. Great as they also have Tesla destination chargers.

5 stars for a 5 stars service! After our reservation of another accommodation in the surrounding was canceled when we arrived, we had to look very spontaneously for a price sensitive place to stay for our family with 2 kids. While riding, we saw all of a sudden B&B Hotels and tried our chance there. The front desk lady welcomed us warmly and even though the hotel was almost fully booked, she could provide us with a family room for the 2 nights we wanted to stay in the area. Congratulations on the friendly welcome and helping us with a solution! Whoever runs this hotel: you can be proud on your employees!

Service was great and the location was awesome, my bed was pretty comfortable and the room was pretty clean, but the bathroom was obscenely small, I could not even fit in the toilet! Like my legs could not fit (I'm 178cm and weight 90kg)

The hotel is in Le Haillan with just a few bus stops around = only reachable with Uber or Taxi, but centrally located to reach all locations in that part of Bordeaux métropole. Rooms as usual at B&B - small, but clean, comfortable bed, easy access with PIN code. And all that to a reasonable price.

Stayed here nov 28-30, 2022. Room bright and clean but the smallest we have ever stayed in over 20 years of budget chains. Friendly and helpful staff. Good free secure parking. OK breakfast. A Boucherie steakhouse adjoins the hotel...we had 2 x fine steak frites and bottle of wine for €70. All in all it served its purpose....some where to sleep while attending a trade fair....shame the room so small.

very friendly and helpful reception staff who went out of their way to accommodate. Perfectly comfortable, convenient and well located.

Restaurant was good, the food is fine. Clean towels are provided Hotel room is smelly, very bad insulated and soil carpet dirty. No air conditioner Bed is big but uncomfortable ... A proper 2 star hotel.
