It is a good residence to use as a base to explore the Atlantic coast. It is clean easily accessible for wheelchairs as well. The staff are good and the front desk staff are good and helpful. Providing local information and helpful hints they are very useful. Also there is a very good level of English spoken as well so makes life alot easier. For international surfers who are there to take advantage of the great waves and beaches this place is worth booking into.

the view was very good. the location also. the furniture is very used. chairs should have protection at bottom, very loud when used. elevator for wheelchair or stroller not working, doors for access with stroller between 19-9 closed. this was a problem for us

Really nice apartment with everything you need for cooking during the stay. The reason for not giving five stars is I think the towels, cleaning, tourist tax etc.... Should be included in the price upfront. We had a great time and loved the location plus the free parking underground opposite was a bonus!

The equipment of the apartment should be extended by blankets and real duvet covers. The furniture is very used (tables and couch). The carpet in the residence floor needs to be renewed! The service and the staff were very accommodating and friendly! The location of the residence is great!

Very nice residence at a very affordable price. The 90€ tax was not included in the global price and came as an unexpected surprise at the end of our trip...

Malgré un beau panorama et un personnel compétent et très accueillant, habitués de cette résidence qui vient de changer de propriétaire , le logement est toujours aussi dégradé, mobilier d'origine et ustensiles vieillots . Un canapé défoncé et très inconfortable, un aspirateur bruyant et qui n'aspire plus rien , une literie déplorable.. 3 exemples . Déjà signalés par de nombreux résidents depuis plus de 3 ans , toujours aucune amélioration et changement. Cette Résidence est loin de mériter les 4 étoiles , un contrôle de label devrait etre effectué.
