Very helpful and they have evrything you might need regarding to visiting the city. Enter and see the Salle du Conclave, free entrance and very calm, almost no one inside.

Very nice staff and very helpful place with the best souvenirs to buy in town. The nice thing too was the city card pass that was very helpful for a tourist like me with the open public transportation card.

Visited Lille and the tourist office for the first time. Staff are welcoming and ready to talk in different languages. The blond girl responsible for the English speaking tourists even went out of her way to help me optimize my exploring route for the 4 days that I stayed. Coincidentally I met her a few days later at the Roubaix office. Kind, Professional, ready to help and super welcoming. It feels as they really take the city to their heart and it shows. I would love to come back and make the Bus city tour of Lille which she recommended.

Knowledgeable staff who were most helpful and love their city. We purchased the City Pass which gave access to a wide selection of attractions and 24 hours of free travel.

Right in the center of Lille, office with lovely English speaking staff and a small assortment of souvenirs. There are free clean rest rooms up a tower- like steep staircase.

Good place to visit to find out about places to visit in Lille. Bought a bus tour ticket from them. Tour was informative.

Lots of information about the city, plenty free maps and very helpful, multi lingual staff.

Great place! I feel this is where you want to go while visiting the city!
