Was locked out of apartment and the Airbnb host told us to contact a locksmith. This place is advertised as a 24hr business, but we showed up to a shuttered storefront at 21:30. The first two phone numbers we tried to call were not connected but got ahold of someone on the number from the website. I asked the gentleman if he spoke English, to which he said no and carried on a conversation with me - in English. After explaining my situation, he asked for €250 which for after 21:00 on a Saturday and leaving the country the next day, I was willing to pay. He asked me which Arrondissement we were staying in - I told him 3rd, and he immediately said no and hung up the phone. Your business is literally located in and advertises that you serve that neighborhood, unreal. Though I ended up finding a solution much quicker and easier, I feel that if you are in a similar situation, this is good information to have on this business before giving them a call…
