The worst delivery service I have ever seen. Every time the delivery person comes and intentionally rings on my phone for 1 second just to prove that he tried to contact and then goes and drops all his packages in a deliver point very far from where I live. I have previously indicated to him that what he is doing is wrong and makes life extremely difficult for me specifically that I am unable to move. This is a repeated and normalized situation with delivery people in .
Worse than a scamming company, if not one as such. Ordered a package delivery 2-3 days. As soon driver put his hands on the parcel it has disappeared. They are not to be reached, if they pick it up, by accident of course, you hear the background chatter and laugh. Except the phone number no actual contact. If you manage to catch them, they are pushing answer( feedback) 4 days, when they write an email to submit claim, but no actual info how to do that. If you catch them again they are still “searching” for the package, and will send answer in 4 days. After 12 days since they lost the package still no solution, how long they can do such a thing. Shameful, unprofessional, a risk to send anything through them, or receiving( based on the comments seen).
scammers!!! I ordered eau de toilette from Shein in Germany in August. It's already the end of September and I find out that it was sent back and the supplier has already received it. The DPD courier did not contact me and did not bring it ___ why was it sent back ___ I don't understand.. There is no refund __ I think if the eau de toilette was returned and the supplier received it back __ then give me my money back... I don't want to use Shein's services anymore.... Scammers!!!!
Horrible service, lack of communication and disclosures of fakes information regarding my package. My package was lost over a week late and no one can find it. In competent for a delivery service. Package still not received.

The worst service EVER! Please, don't you ever use their service. A lot of terrible reviews about their service. And I don't understand how they don't get sued. Maybe I should be the first one! and a million would follow me! They don't answer the phone, no way of contacting them by email and they make people pay a fortune waiting on the phone line and when they answer the phone, they do not really help at all. Now, I have to go to one of their offices that is about one hour again to be able to get my passport back to be able to travel in one day! Just the worst service ever!
Chronopost if you're employee is lazy to do delivery just inform your customers...i have 2 colis, returned to there senders, no email or sms from you informing me that my colis is already at the relay....so people out there that planning to use the service of the company, be ready, worst service ever...Chronopost Bagnolet 👎👎👎👎👎
THE WORST SERVICE IMAGINABLE - they lost all my belongings! I moved from the UK to Paris, and have been without any possessions for the last 2 weeks. Chronopost does not speak english, and if I try to speak French they complain they do not understand and hang up. When my French (local) colleagues call the service they find an unwilling helpcentre who simply does not know where the boxes are, then 'all of the sudden' they find them, confirm a drop off date, but do not show up! I have been at home for 4 days already awaiting the delivery - BUT STILL NO BOXES. I am really upset, and have no words for how much I hate this company. I am at a total loss, and nobody can help, maybe I have to simply give up on the boxes and move out of this country as soon as possible.
