Very bad experience: once the bill is paid the client service dies. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. They advise and push you to contract a transport company that is a fake and extremely unprofessional: AVOID THIS PEOPLE AT ALL COSTS!
The entire Alexandre Landre organization seems rotten to the core. Unless you can see and walk out with your item the day of the auction, I would never trust Alexandre Landre with a remote purchase again. They force you to use Encheres Expeditions for shipping since Encheres Expeditions is operated by Charles Landre, who I believe is Alexandre's brother. They do not disclose this, and refuse to tell you if you ask, but you can verify this via SIRET codes. This is a scheme to simultaneously enrich themselves, while pretending that the auction house has no responsibility for shipping--even though they force you to use one specific shipper run by the same family. It's just a way to make more money from what is effectively in-house shipping without taking any responsibility for Encheres Expeditions' terrible service. This is flagrantly unethical. After winning my lot at auction, Alexandre Landre sent me FIVE separate emails demanding a bank wire payment within only 3 days of the auction. Yet, as soon as I submitted payment, Alexandre Landre and Encheres Expeditions ignored my emails and phone calls for weeks straight. I just wanted to know when they would collect & ship the lot. No one answered. Only when I posted a negative review online, did Alexandre finally answer my emails to threaten me that he would suspend shipping on my lot (which I had already paid over 1500 Euro for a month earlier + over 250 Euro for shipping) unless I stopped saying bad things about his firm. Another two weeks later, and the lot still hadn't left France. Finally, 44 days after payment did my lot (a tapestry) finally arrive. I have bought from dozens of auction houses throughout the US and Europe without any issues--but dealing with Alexandre Landre (and their shipper) was an ordeal from start to finish.

Belle expérience lors d’une vente ! Agent d’accueil très compétente. Mme CREPY et M. NARDO sont très professionnels ! Ces derniers ont su estimer avec justesse la valeur de mes biens !
Étude sérieuse et réactive, avec une équipe disponible qui répond au téléphone (ce n’est pas le cas partout malheureusement). Ont été très compréhensifs sur un décalage de retrait de mon lot récemment, ce que je ne peux que saluer. Je recommande vivement !
20mn pour retirer un lot en ayant appelé 3 jours avant. Heureusement qu'il n'y avait personne à l'accueil. C'est pas top pour les transporteurs.
la vente de l'objet confié s'est très bien passée dans la fourchette de l'estimation qui m'avait été proposée. je reviendrai vers cette salle des ventes si besoin.
