LOU SAN PEYRE

We stayed at Villa Lou San Peyre in Cannet for a long bank holiday weekend as a group of 11 adults for a celebration. It completely exceeded our expectations. The villa is absolutely spectacular, the photos are beautiful, but seeing it in real life is something else entirely. Every room felt luxurious, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with high end decor throughout. Views onto the pool and the landscape was picturesque. Despite being a large group, there was more than enough space for everyone. There were multiple living areas we didn’t even end up using, the villa could be split into multiple spaces for groups or privacy but we didn’t need this options but it was nice to know for the future if we come back with family. The outdoor spaces were incredible. The huge terrace overlooking the pool and stunning views made the perfect setting for sunset dinners and relaxed evenings together. The indoor couch area and smart TV were also well used. The villa had aircon throughout and was cool in the evenings. Which was needed as the weather was exceptional that weekend. The villa itself was extremely comfortable and immaculately maintained. The pool area was fantastic and quickly became the heart of our stay. Lots of bed and parasols available. Warm enough to take a dip and swim throughout the day. The location was also ideal, peaceful beautiful, and safe. There was so much room to hire a car if you wanted, which I would have normally done to explore the surrounding French coasts but this time we were such a large group we used Uber, it was always minutes away and a very short taxi from the centre of Cannes and Nice itself and the airport. Ubers were very affordable, very easy to book so making getting around incredibly easy. We went to a local Supermarket which has multiple venues in once place so we could go in multiple places for all the essentials. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was the hosting. Every room felt luxurious, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with high end decor throughout. ||Despite being a large group, there was more than enough space for everyone. There were multiple living areas we didn’t even end up using, and the outdoor spaces were incredible. The huge terrace overlooking the pool and stunning views made the perfect setting for sunset dinners and relaxed evenings together.|The space was also very locked up for children. Would also be the perfect villa for a large family gathering of all ages. ||The villa itself was extremely comfortable and immaculately maintained. The pool area was fantastic and quickly became the heart of our stay. Spending mornings by the pool before going out into Cannes to explore. ||The location was also ideal, peaceful beautiful and safe, due to the group size we decided to use Uber to get around and the villa was perfectly located it was only a short drive from the centre of Cannes. Ubers arrived within minutes every time and were very affordable, making getting around incredibly easy. We also go to and from the airport with no problems and the villa was easy to find. There was a bakery and restaurant in walking distance but due to how lovely the villa was we didn’t use these and wanted to stay and enjoy the outside seating area and views. But you could easily access them if you needed. The supermarkets were also not far away which we stocked up on. There was also enough space for parking on the huge grounds if you had hired a car. ||What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was the hosting. Communication with Nick was seamless from start to finish genuinely the best host I’ve dealt with on any booking platform. Nothing was too much trouble,

We visited in May 2026 with a group of girl friends and were absolutely blown away by this beautiful villa. The interior is modern, stylish, and incredibly relaxing. The pool was spotless, well-maintained, and a wonderful place to unwind.|The location was ideal—just a short taxi ride from Cannes' stunning beachfront and vibrant shopping area and restaurants . Even with a group of 11, getting around was easy and convenient with taxis. |The host was exceptionally responsive throughout our trip and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We couldn't have asked for a better place for our trip and would highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting the south of France.
