Good hotel overall. The hotel is located on the beachfront, the nice clean beach to swim is just 2 minute walk on side. The breakfast has nice fruit options and in a outdoors area with view at the ocean and birds flying around. We had the room with a sea view and that’s an option worth to pay a bit more. The room was spacious and clean, contrary to other opinions we always had hot water. Outside there is a pleasant pool and jacuzzi. Jacuzzi worked in some part of the day, I think it was morning and then later afternoon. Just in front of the hotel there were few restaurants serving seafood and local dishes. The restaurant in the hotel we found overpriced but with options outside it was not a bother. We had a good stay.

We stayed at Arawak for 2 nights prior to our cruise leaving and for 2 nights post cruise. Our first room was double bed with ocean front balcony. Found the room very cozy and clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was a bit low but made it work. I found the hotel to be very clean. The pool area is amazing. My wife and I don't speak French but there were English speaking staff able to assist us. I found all the staff to be very friendly and helpful. Our 2nd stay was in a Terrance Room on the top floor. Had a large bathroom and a king bed which was comfortable. Had a huge balcony with 2 lounge chairs and table and 4 chairs. We requested an early check-in and the Manager did his best to accommodate us. We received our keys around noon. The property does need a little upkeep in areas but nothing that's immediately pressing. The breakfast buffet was good with variety and had an omelet station. I would definitely stay at the property again. The staff were amazing and the beach and pool area were excellent. The drinks were hit and miss with some bartenders a bit more talented than others. The bar staff were friendly and accommodating.

Great position by the beach, you can hear the waves in the room. Comfortable but it needs a bit more care and attention. Friendly staff and there is bagage storage if you get there early or need to leave after check out time. Just stayed for two nights on arrival in Guadeloupe and for our last night. The beaches in that area are not crowded and the sea is very calm for swimming.

The place need some paint. On the last day there was no water in the room. They said it was something throughout the town but the hotel should have tanks with water for this type of eventuality.

This hotel is excellent. It is right on the Gosier beach. There is an airport city bus that drops you off in front of the hotel. It has a beautiful, clean, huge pool. Restaurant is great. The front office staff were very helpful and accommodating. Exceeded|Expectations ❤️. We will stay here on our next visit.

If you're a solo traveler like me and looking for peace and quiet, this hotel is the perfect spot for a relaxing stay in Guadeloupe. It's conveniently located just 15 minutes from the airport (when there's no traffic), and the main city, as well as the marina at Bas du Fort, are about the same distance. The hotel sits on a road with a few attractions, including a casino right at the doorstep. ||||With eight floors, the hotel offers stunning ocean views, accessible with just a few steps from the ground-floor elevators. There's also all-day dining at the Baccarat restaurant, which serves a Continental breakfast buffet in the morning, complete with freshly baked in-house croissants, fruits, and more. The hot section allows you to order eggs to your liking, and during my stay, the lovely Marie Ella prepared them to perfection.||||The hotel features a large pool and two jacuzzis, but what truly stands out is that it's also an Art Hotel. Every 2-3 months, a Caribbean artist showcases their work, so the lobby is always filled with vibrant and inspiring pieces of art.||||The staff are friendly, accessible, and always willing to help—nothing is too much for them. The rooms are spacious and quiet, equipped with tea and coffee facilities, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a bottle of water by my bedside upon arrival. ||||Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money and is the perfect place to stay while enjoying the beauty of Guadeloupe.

We enjoyed our brief stay at the Arawak Beach Resort when our Air Canada flight was cancelled due to Tropical storm Phillip. The staff and hotel manager rallied to accommodate a bus load of stranded passengers. Although at no time did we feel unsafe from the effects of the storm, it was so nice to feel so welcomed, safe, and accommodated for a short timeframe. The grounds are lovely and the rooms are extremely clean. I had a gorgeous view of the ocean. The meals were also good. The bartender makes a stiff rum and coke. I will have to return someday to enjoy the property during sunnier times. Thank you to all the wonderful staff at Arawak for a great stay. (Additional note: We were delayed a second day and the hotel accommodated us again upon our return. They kept our check-in details from our first check-in so we had our same rooms again and it made the hassle of returning so much easier. And somehow a tasty dinner buffet for tired and starving passengers appeared again with very little notice of our arrival. The drinks were also well flowing that second night. Thanks again Arawak Hotel.)

I enjoyed my stay at Arawak hotel, Gosier, Guadeloupe. Cynthia in housekeeping was extremely helpful and so was chef Yolanda and the restaurant staff and reception staff as well. A very pleasant time. The location on the beach and the views across the harbor to the other side of the island were stunning. Delightful all around. I plan to be back!!
