Con artist. Manager Lied & told me the shoes looked bent up because they didn’t have any paper in it, I went to another DTLR to return them bc I just couldn’t stand the look, they said that the shoes will always have paper in it and that they had more in stock that location was just trying to get rid of those. I used to go to this location like 2-3 times a month consistently. I’ll never be back and I’ll make sure anyone who knows me never does. 👎🏾 I’ma just say this— bad business never pays well for long.

I purchased two sprayground book bags total to $231. Both book bags came in delivered on time my daughter book bag was $120 in the picture it showed that it had tags on it but when it came in there was no tags or anything on it. I tried calling customer service they had me online for 30 minutes no one answered. I went on their website to talk to a robot person texting her she told me someone will be alright with me no one ever came back and said anything to me. Their customer service is extremely terrible. I would never order anything from DTLR again online. I have spent about $600 or more already with them in the store I spent about 300 and something and then online I spent $231. I'll never order online from them again.You will not be able to talk to anyone about your issue you'll just be stuck with that purchase. Matter of fact I will not buy anything from DTLR again. Just Sad!!!😱😡 People spend a hard on money and I think they should get what they paid for. I'm going to make sure I tell all my friends and family don't ever order online from DTLR matter of fact don't even go there because there customer service is very weak!!! Next time I just order from the original site sprayground site...😱😱😱😱😡😡😡😡😡😡 Problem solved thank you so much DTLR on 116th in Chicago Illinois The manager was so understanding and gave me no problem and told me to bring the book bag back. She exchanged it with no problem. I will always go there to shop not the one in country club hills the manager was so mean and nasty to me over the phone.

Don't ever go to this location I went here it was about 7:25pm they refused to let me and about 5 other people in.People were in there shopping and they closed at 8. It was a light skin guy kept saying it ain't got nothing to do with him he was told to close.I believe it was a lie and so did everyone else that was out there .They don't have to worry about me coming back

I witnessed the alleged manager treating a new customer terribly because they didn't understand a policy. Rather than treat the customer like a human being and help, the manager berated them and treated them unfairly. The lack of professionalism is disappointing.

Horrible service will never come back, I was racially profiled, I am Hispanic. the worker in the front let 5 people in that where behind me and told me to wait outside till they where done and closed the door in my face, Then after waiting 10 minutes outside in 90° weather i finally get let in no one offered to help me, they stayed in the back laughing, I found the pair of shoes that I wanted after asking repeatedly the cashier walked to the back and told the girls to find my size I then waited for another 10 minutes and was disrespected once again she “rolled her eyes at me” and I was Repeatedly told to “hold on” they have no manners or customer service skills at all, I would recommend not going here to any new customers

Poor Hospitality. I walked in and was greeted immediately, the girl who greeted me instantly disappeared and I never saw her again now there were still four people working one at the register' two on the floor, and one in the back. The two on the floor were more concerned with the date that there were going to hook up instead of seeing what I wanted or did I need help. I was never asked am i my looking for something in particular. I was never asked that I need help or anyting and I've never had a problem at this location ever before so it was definitely surprising to me when this happened. I just walked out and went next door to Footlocker and spent the $210 on the ACG boots in there hopefully next time they would be more concerned with their customers instead of concerned with the time of their date.

There's only one sales associate that looks to get your attention to see if you need help. The other associates wait until you're leaving. This has been our experience a few times.
