I am currently enrolled in the Healthcare Innovation & Data Science (HIDS) program at emlyon business school and have had a great experience so far. The program combines healthcare, technology, and management in a very practical way, with real-world projects and guest speakers from the industry. The international environment and collaborative atmosphere make the learning experience very enriching. Overall, it’s a great place to study if you’re interested in understanding the business side of healthcare and innovation.

International students: be very careful before paying the deposit to emlyon business school. Once they receive your money, getting support can be very disappointing. If your plans change, don’t expect a refund, and don’t expect much help with housing or administrative procedures either. Read all policies carefully before making any payment and be very sure that if you want to join here.

I completed a special master program in Strategy and Business Development at emlyon business school. It was an interesting experience within this campus, which is truly designed for students (but more space will be required). The environment is pleasant for studying and working, with access to many facilities and areas such as the Makers Lab and the incubator. The MS SDAI (Strategy and Business Development) allowed me to learn about corporate strategy, marketing, complex sales, and other important and engaging subjects that help develop both a strategic and business-oriented mindset in companies. We also carried out an entrepreneurial-type project to understand how a company operates, from the creation of an idea to it’s development.

I am currently studying the Management of Energy Transition program at emlyon business school, and I highly recommend it to anyone passionate about sustainability and the future of the energy sector. The curriculum combines strong management foundations with in-depth insights into energy markets, decarbonization challenges, and strategic transformation. We also benefit from practical projects with companies, expert guest lectures, and career support tailored to energy-related roles. The school’s international environment and diverse cohort make discussions even richer. A great choice for building a career in the energy transition field.

The IMBD programme is a well rounded and practical. It does a great job of covering the essential technical skills while also giving us a broader look at how the industry works, which makes it feel very relevant for life after graduation

emlyon business school is a truly progressive university, with incredibly high employability rates. It offers a flexible and holistic approach to education that really supports every student’s individual needs and career aspirations. The school also puts a strong emphasis on social values—including the 17 UN Sustainable Development Goals—which I think is so important these days. On a personal note, I have to mention the Career Center, which does an amazing job supporting students’ professional journeys. And of course L'Atelier bakery on campus—their sandwiches and pastries are so good, they should be illegal!

Emlyon is up and coming. A leader in sustainability. They are moving to a new campus downtown next year.
