This is an amazing hotel with an experience you will never forget. From the moment you arrive, the service is top-notch they have a range of restaurants from Zuma (amazing Asian fusion), Italian, such a beautiful cocktail area with live music by the pool.|Of significant mention is the concierge service at the Hotel! Superb. They helped us find restaurants, arrange a boat service, and give us advice about beach Clubs to attend. They were extremely responsive to our emails. My daughter-in-law said to mention that the hotel smells really nice. |Special Hotel. Would return.

The Byblos used to be the best. I am going since it opened- I was a student, then I brought my husband there. In 2022 I had an accident in the Byblos navette to the beach. The attitude of the hotel was and is abominable. I would tell everyone to avoid it at all costs. It is not the hotel that it once was- glory days are over. Very poor management has ruined this once wonderful hotel. I sent many people there over the years- no more.

50 EUROS,Yes 50 Euros for an espresso martini in the sky bar.|Put off by the very high prices for food and beverages and at 1400 euros a night we had to organise and pay for our own taxi to the beaches which are 15 minutes away.|To end on a positive note staff and hotel are amazing

Byblos was the most fantastic experience ever! Close to the city and beach, best pool in Europe, awesome breakfast and rooms. All top notch. Thanks so much to the staff who truly made everything feel special!

The Byblos Hotel far exceeded my expectations. The website does not do it justice. Let’s start with the location - as close as you can get to the town for a 5 star. The rooms were well appointed and adorned with welcome gifts, treats and a treat nightly. The pool is lovely (unheated tho) and the lounge chairs are so comfortable and makes a great place to relax and chill. At night, the hotel turns into an amazing lounge and below is one of Saint Tropez’s premier nightclubs. And saving the best for last - the service is EXCEPTIONAL. If you need something in your room it will be there within minutes. The concierge staff are all excellent offering accurate and good advice which helped for our fantastic experience in beautiful Saint Tropez.

The Hotel Byblos in Saint Tropez is unique! We love spend our vacation at the Byblos, since years. The staff’s are perfect & super friendly. We always have great service. The rooms are really beautiful, the pool is cozy. Love to have breakfast at the pool. We always come back each year at this very lovely place.

I went here one night with friends to check out the rooftop bar and restaurant, and it was a complete disappointment. The doorman was letting other people in without any issue, but when it came to us, he refused entry. It wasn’t until I asked him how much it would cost to get in that he suddenly allowed it—then grabbed the cash straight out of my hand without even naming a price. I believe I ended up paying around 300 euros, but it happened so quickly and so rudely that I’m still not sure. The whole experience felt like a blatant shakedown. Absolutely unacceptable behavior, and I will never return to this place. The hotel should be aware of how their doormen are treating guests. I’m still shocked and disappointed, and I want to warn others so they don’t get ripped off like we did. I will never return.
