Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company due to delays, bad communication and lack of customer service. In the end we got our attic space reconverted but the journey was stressful and unpleasant. We agreed on dates early on, working around their and our holiday schedules. Just before the start date, they pushed back the commencement by two weeks (bad sign). Then the summer holiday break was in the middle of the works so they left their ladders up against our house for over a month when they only worked 6 days. Multiple times we had to remind them of our holiday schedule, which they reassured us would not be a problem. We reminded them that the stairs would need to be ordered but they didn't inform the stair manufacturer in time so the delivery fell during our holiday schedule. Because they waited a few days, they had caused us a month delay and thus we had to reschedule our subsequent plans for the painter, parquet floor installer and custom made furniture. When we informed them that the stairs would not arrive in time, plus a couple of other minor issues, the maître d'œuvre, Dupont, sent us a rude, aggressive and condescending email that was highly inappropriate and definitely not how you should write to a client. This unprofessionalism was inexcusable, not that they apologised for their behaviour. On another occasion, after months of no communication, he sent an SMS at 8pm to say they will be coming the next morning. Some more notice would be polite and correct, not 12 hours before. I am still trying to work out why we were treated so poorly compared to others, for what reason we received such disagreeable service. What makes it worse is that the boss recognised that Dupont has problems communicating with clients. On the other hand, the other workers (walls and plaster) were nice and pleasant enough. Comblespace a réalisé chez nous une surélévation de 40 m². Très bon contact dès la première rencontre. Devis rapidement réalisé et prise en compte de nos demandes particulières à savoir réalisation du second œuvre par nos soins. Très disponible et réactif que ce soit pour la partie administrative ou la réalisation des travaux. Le planning a été parfaitement respecté malgré les conditions climatiques parfois difficiles lors du chantier. Nous sommes très contents du résultat et de la qualité du travail. Nous recommandons vivement !

Nous sommes très contents de nos combles, les artisans sont très bien, compétents, sérieux & gentils, le déroulé du chantier s'est bien passé, nous sommes ravis, ça rend top, et ça nous gagne quasiment 2 pièces : je remercie Damien, Maxime, Simoné, Mickaël, Ergun, Rémi, Dudu (désolée si j'en oublie!) ainsi que l'équipe comptable avec Aurélie.
