The wellness is small, you have to get reservation before you go (if you are lucky you can find free place but only for 30 minutes, no more! On monday wasn't any free place untill the rest of the week, so the great wellness is just a "nice to have" thing). The room wasn't in it's best shape, the missing of the maintenance is screaming from this place. It seems like they just shovel out the money but invest just the small amount, most important things. The wifi is very expensive, it's a joke in 2026 that this is an extra in this apartmant. No towels, no toilette papier, no binbag, etc. What a miser, pinching place....

Hotel is bit outdated, for renovation. Ski room is too small, no place for boots. Rooms are clean, but there are not many ammanities in apartment. Ski lift is 40m left, then stairs and gondola is here (not so easy as ski in/out). When you are coming back to hotel from slope, you need to pass bridge and stairs again.

ATTENTION! The ONLY good thing about this place is the location, the rest is to be careful with. Not clean at all! They don't put towels, they don't put the sheets, you have to put them on yourself. They don't put garbage bags. The electrical dishwasher didn't work. They don't put a sponge, some dish soap.. NOTHING!! Very very cheap. To pay 3,000 € for a week and not have at least cleanliness is just abusive. Then in the end of the stay you have to clean, take the garbage out, wash the dishes, and take down all sheets and laundry to the laundry room. Way too lazy, just make sure that if you stay here you come with everything you need beforehand.

The apartment itself was a little worn, but acceptable. The kitchenware was adequate. But the bedrooms (except from the master bedroom) had no furniture in it - aside from the beds. There wasn't a wardrobe or a commode where we could store our stuff, so we had to get dressed directly from our luggage bags, which was quite uncomfortable. The location was good though, there are various stores nearby, and the ski lift is also close.

The location is amazing being close to the telecabin and ski rental. However, not being allowed to use the communal area on day of check in was very stressful given our flight/transfer options. The apartment was well laid out and spacious but lacked good lighting, useable cooking utensils and despite a large table for dining, it lacked comfortable communal seating for 10 people. Some areas were in need of a bit of maintenance. Overall though a great experience and we had a lovely time!

Extremely satisfied by my time there, so much that i extended it by a week. To note that it was the off season so the price was really cheap per night. It is at the foot of the prorel ski range, close to the shops and the city center. Even though the sauna was out of order, the spa was a nice plus. It was also clean enough and the staff is super friendly. Thanks you again.

great location, apartments great for "ski France" standard

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. Not only was I charged 70 euros for a few spots on the floor that I had cleaned perfectly before I left, but the towels were also charged at 10 euros per person. To add insult to injury, there was no hand soap available in the room. I have never experienced such poor service and overcharging at a hotel before. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone.
