There were acceptable elements of our stay but they were heavily outweighed by the long list of negatives. Overall: staff were extremely unhelpful, accommodation didn’t match advertisements or our booking confirmation, accommodation itself was fine, but not up to standard given what you’d paid for. Pros: 1. location - near a ski rental and supermarket, can ski in and out 2. Chalets are spacious Cons: 1. extremely unhelpful staff - had to call five days in a row to get the response ‘we can’t help’, claimed that they called external service providers to help but they clearly hadn’t as when challenged on it they didn’t respond. They also do not respond to emails so if you have any sort of problem at they won’t help you. 2. They transferred our booking to a different chalet without informing us 3. Advertised luggage storage doesn’t exist - they just put your luggage in the reception area where everyone passes through and anyone can touch it/take it. 4. Tv is not 60 inch but 20 inch 5. Wifi is incredibly slow/doesn’t work at all - couldn’t even handle sending an email. 6. Ill equipped kitchen - only one chopping knife for cooking for 12 people 7. Some bathroom drains (shower and sink) emit a foul smell 8. Only provided one set of keys that fully opened the ski locker - the other two sets only opened one door, leaving 8 of us struggling to reach through each morning Most of these things would be fine if it was just one of them, but when all of these add up it’s not a nice experience for a holiday! Definitely won’t be returning. Wish we’d checked out/listened to the other recent reviews here.
😊: It was a minute walk from a slope. 😢: 1. Lockers were not heating/ventilating skiiing boots (my guess they’re saving costs) 2. We had to go and buy our own toilet paper, feels odd after paying €3k for a week 3. Second bedroom was like a dog’s cage: no air flow. Overall poor airflow; Radiators while left at mark 5 some nights made room super hot - impossible to sleep, other nights the towel wouldn’t dry overnight. 4. “spa zone” is essentially a small sauna and small turkish bath. 4 chairs in dark and cold “rest area”. Oh, the entrance to “spa” is next to garage door (: 5. One needs to you same towel at apartment and sauna. Towels not changed in a week. 6. Before leaving we had to take the bed linen offs, collect all the towels, put those in designated bag 7. Odd smell all over 1st floor due to the ski lockers’ location 8. Old mattresses - not comfy to sleep.

We stayed at the “authentic” apartment Christina. We appreciated the location of the Chalet at 2000 m and the direct access to the ski-pistes. The terrace has a nice view in the afternoon sun. We also liked the heated cabin for ski equipment. The beds were ok. However, we were very disappointed with the level of cleanliness, maintenance and equipment of the chalet. Kitchen utensils are broken and missing, pans scratched, cupboards dirty, walls smeared, our terrace looked like it had not been brushed for months. The carpet is dusty and in general the cabin could use renovation. The sofa is very uncomfortable and old. For that price we would have expected a more decent chalet. Smoke alarm went off as soon as we tried to fry one egg. WiFi is very bad, don’t dream of downloading anything. Luckily weather was excellent and we did not have to spend too much time inside but were enjoying the pistes.
😊: The apartment was beautiful and the hotel great, it was during off season so not so easy to access the village without car but would be perfect during winter.
Not a very good experience. Staff were all new so no one knew, or could help, on any question. Snow boots heater wasn’t working and no one fixed it despite numerous requests. Chalets are very sepparate from each other so you have to walk a lot of stairs to go to reception, for example. We had a lot of lugagge and carry all that through all the stairs was a nightmare. The cabin is old and not well maintained. Bathrooms clogged from the first night. There is absolutely no supplies they give you, basics like toilet paper, so you have to buy everything. The spa is apparently only for certain cabins, not ours so we couldn’t use it. We order croissants and first two days never arrived, we needed to ask again and again. Staff is undertrained. Wifi runs like a turtle. Price is high for such a place and service.
UPDATE: The manager came to our chalet with assurances that the delivery service company would be held responsible for our croissant delivery and personally handed us the hair dryer and spa kits and wine. Appreciate the service and fingers crossed for croissants. Horrible delivery service. We ordered croissants for the week and two days have passed with no delivery. Asked for a hair dryer which is not included in the apartments, and had to pick it up from reception rather than having them bring it over.
