I stayed here for 5 nights with my sibling. It’s a nice apartment and very conveniently located close to the metro station, with Auchan and McDonald’s nearby. The staff were friendly and spoke English (at least during our check-in). They also provide helpful booklets about Paris, which are great if you’re visiting the city for the first time. The room was clean and well maintained. Plates and other crockery were neat, the bathroom was spotless, and the microwave and fridge were clean as well. The bed was very comfortable for me. My room was on the 16th floor with a view of the highway and the metro station. It also had a decent-sized closet, and the heater worked well during the colder season. Overall, it was a good stay. It’s a bit expensive considering it’s slightly outside central Paris, but that’s probably expected when staying near one of the world’s most expensive cities. Note: They charge the Paris city tax at check-in, so keep that in mind. The metro takes about 15 minutes to reach Opéra, and an Uber to Gare de Lyon takes roughly 30 minutes.

We stayed here during a transit to airport. The location is sort of on the bad side of the périphérique (there is another Affaires-Séjours in the 20ème). The staff was mixed, some approachable, some not. They close down the reception in early evening with shutters that makes it looks like prison, so if you want cozy atmosphere perhaps not good choice. Also lots of dusts on shelfs in studio room.

Basic place with basic amenities, however excellent location with metro opposite and direct bus to CDG . Awesome bakery in the next building. Also opposite Auchan Hypermarket.

Great: - Nice location (opposite metro Gallieni, next to bakery and Auchan supermarket) - Modern, clean rooms with sufficient equipment, comfy beds and nice view - Paris flyers available Bad: - Messages are not answered (before and during stay) and nobody was reachable by phone which turned into an issue when our key card didn't function at night. Luckily, the security guard could help. - Lots of mosquitos due to water on balcony Important to know: - 250 EUR will be reserved on your credit or debit card to ensure potential damage is covered.

This is a true budget hotel. Before more details if you plan on coming please bring a hair dryer since hair dryer service stops at 7pm and you are only limited to one hour per use. The rooms are comfortable and the kitchen and toilet is nice. For the price point there is nothing more I expected but bringing your own towel could be nice too. The hotel is very close to the Gallieni station a 2 minute walk. I did not explore around the area but the short walk did not show signs of any sketchy activity and felt safe. It’s very convenient to travel to city center and I’d heavily recommend people who are finding a place to sleep and not a luxury experience. Additionally they take 250 deposit and city tax and both are mandatory.

Never Returning Read carefully before booking. You are required to pay a €250 deposit for "potential damages." In addition to this, you will also pay a city tax of €27. Essentially, within the first 5 minutes at the hotel, you will be down €277. The staff barely speaks a little English, they seem very bored, they absolutely do not care about your time, and they are very arrogant/rude (tupeu). The rooms are not as clean as some reviews suggest; it probably depends on the standards people have at home. We felt nickel-and-dimed for every single movement, so much so that we were afraid to touch any of the "in-house items." The TV is not a Smart TV, and considering this hotel is visited by international tourists, I don't think it's acceptable to have only three channels, all of them in French. Furthermore, we had significant issues in the room: the room has vents that make a very loud noise. Water was actually leaking from the corner of the wardrobe/closet, causing a flood that soaked all our luggage. We went to the reception, and while we were out, they simply placed 3-4 towels to absorb the water. I cannot attach images at the moment, but I have them and will try again later. The breakfast is poor (croissant, pain au chocolat, coffee, juice, cereal with milk, and a maximum of two items to make a sandwich). Perhaps this is typical for Paris, but for someone paying up to €40-€50 per person for breakfast, you expect something much better. Mandatory for the return of the €250 deposit: you must take out the trash and wash all the dishes upon departure. We didn't use any dishes, so this wasn't an issue for us. We also found a stained chair, a torn curtain, the wardrobe leak, and only one roll of toilet paper for two people for four days. Regarding the area: the metro, Auchan, and McDonald's are very close, which was helpful, but the area is unsafe. We were cautious every time we left the metro due to the large number of homeless and drug users in the vicinity. We even w

The hotel is very well located, extremely close to the metro station and with plenty of shops, restaurants, and other facilities nearby, which makes it very convenient for tourists. However, our experience was negatively impacted by an unexpected issue at check-in. When we made the reservation through Agoda, the total price was clearly displayed in the booking confirmation, and there was no mention whatsoever of any additional deposit in the reservation details. Upon arrival, we were informed that we had to pay a €250 deposit as a guarantee that we would not damage anything in the room. We were surprised and protested, as this condition had not been communicated to us beforehand. The amount was charged from our card, and recovering it afterwards was very difficult. We had to make numerous phone calls, and the deposit was only refunded after we clearly stated that we were prepared to take legal action if necessary. Unfortunately, this situation left us with a very bitter impression from the very beginning of our stay. Transparency regarding all costs is essential, and such surprises at check-in are unacceptable and highly disappointing.

I would avoid this hotel. Yes the rooms are cramped, but that was obvious when booking so that can't be complained about. The real problem here is the staff. I checked in on the Tuesday night, and was given my room keycard. Then on the Wednesday morning, I went down to get breakfast and came back to find my keycard no longer worked. The front desk has disabled the card until I paid €40 in city taxes, which I was under the impression I had already paid when booking. I didn't argue, and paid the tax, and my card worked again. The receptionist was exceptionally rude, and it really started my time in Paris off on the wrong foot. Then, by Friday, the same receptionist let himself into my room when I was sleeping, despite me having the "do not disturb" on the door, and began insisting that I needed to pay the city tax or leave. I told him I had already paid, even showed him proof of my receipt and payment on my banking app, and he had no memory of any of this which makes me think this is a common scam they are running on everybody. He did not apologise for disturbing me, and proceeded to deactivate my keycard again! I then had to go down to the reception to speak with him and he finally admitted I had already paid the taxes, once again refused to apologise for the terrible service they had provided, and he reactivated my keycard to my room. I will not stay here again, despite what I felt was a good location for the metro, as I did not find the staff professional, nor do I trust that they wouldn't just let themselves into your room with their own master keycards.
