Terrible customer service. Do not buy anything that might need returning if faulty. After buying an expensive pond pump and filter which leaks and starting to empty the pond, then tripped the rcd in the house so I returned it , only to encounter someone who decided it was because it was dirty, even though I explained it leaked immediately. The he goes off and tests just the pump for 3 minutes and tells me, an electrical technician that it is fine was the final insult. I even found reviews which lots of people are experiencing the same problem. Never going back. I forgot to update. The man who decided he knew more than me about electrical faults, ran the pump overnight, just to prove me wrong. The pump tripped the RCD in the shop because it was leaking water into the bulb housing. Surprise surprise, they replaced it.
