Dear RATP Customer Service Team, I am writing to report an unpleasant and unacceptable experience that occurred on the Noctilien N143 bus from Gare de l’Est to Charles de Gaulle Airport on 11/11/2025 5:10am(approx) The bus staff were extremely unhelpful and behaved inappropriately. When I explained that I was in the process of buying my ticket online, the staff repeatedly insisted that I pay in cash instead. Despite my explanation, they continued to pressure me and appeared frustrated. At one point, a staff member even threw my bag toward me, which was both shocking and disrespectful. This behavior made me feel humiliated and uncomfortable in front of other passengers. I believe this kind of treatment is unacceptable on public transport, especially from staff who are expected to assist travelers — many of whom are visitors or airport passengers unfamiliar with local procedures. I kindly request that you investigate this incident and take appropriate action. Additionally, I suggest better training for staff on how to handle passengers with professionalism and respect, particularly in situations involving online ticket purchases. Thank you for your attention to this serious matter. I would appreciate a confirmation that my complaint has been received and that it will be reviewed.

This gare has no ♿ accessibility for physically disabled persons. And now with the renovation going it has become even more difficult for people with little and old age people because there is not lift and the only way to access the platform M and platform 2 is through climbing 100 steep steps.

I was racially profiled here. My husband and I decided to take our daughter to see the Eiffel tower because we're not from around we asked the customer service which gave us very poor directions and we ended up buying round trip train tickets . We got lost , got to the tower and back in like 5 hours .Somehow when we got back to this station we had tickets that we didn't use . They fined us €50 I when I tried to explain to them that we have absolutely no reason to cheat the system because we were leaving for Africa the next day and there will be no way we could use the unused tickets that we already paid for €32 . They decided to be very aggressive with me because I am able to speak French and English. When they would speak to my husband who is white American they would be very polite. But to me they were pouring all kinds of threats to take me in custody .I really couldn't believe my eyes . It's a shame... I have been a victim of racism before but this one was pretty obvious and the hardest yet for me . I just want to warn my fellows black that are not from France to watch out. If we were aware of how bad the racial profiling is we would have handle that situation differently and would not have paid the €50.

They renovated the gare but still bathroom is not working and specially lift which is big issue for handicapped person's and elderly

Lift service is not avable at this station today also I see one ledis with children change platform with difficulty

Here need a public toilet and to activate lifting as soon as possible. And need a ticket machine with money option.
