We had a fantastic stay here - the scenery & the garden are spectacular, the rooms comfy, spacious and tasteful, the breakfast delicious. Private parking and aircon. Superb hosts with three friendly dogs. Highly recommended.

We had an overnight stay in this lovely property. The hosts were incredibly helpful and accommodating and went out of their way to make us comfortable. The house and grounds are charming and breakfast was marvelous. They recommended and reserved a restaurant that would take us in quite late and the next day gave us directions on a domaine where to buy wine and other small tidbits. A beautiful charming place in an area worth discovering. We could have stayed for weeks!

We had first only booked for one night as we were on our way further towards Southern Spain but enjoyed the place so much that we actually stayed for three nights. The host Emmanuel was very friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed the atmosphere of this great B&B. We were traveling in January with beautiful sunny days and cold nights when Emmanuel would light a fire in the living room in the evenings. The rooms have central heating and are very comfortable and big with en suite big bathrooms and separate WC. The location is fantastic, very secluded and at the same time relatively close to highways and plenty of sights.

Beautiful rooms, a wonderful setting, a terrific, gracious, friendly host who - unbidden - provided various gourmet teas. And what a great breakfast!! My wife enjoyed the pool very much, while I enjoyed the spacious common room!||The owner’s recommendations and guidance were spot on.||We were there only two days and could have stayed much longer.

Emmanuel and Pierre couldn’t have been more accommodating. My husband and I and 8 yr old son stayed for a week as lockdown was eased and it was the perfect escape. Lovely house and grounds and also being given space with any help if needed. |The house has been done up of a high standard and breakfast is lovely. We felt very comfortable and asked them for local recommendations for dinner, L’ancien école, Le Carasol and Le Trencadis were lovely. We will recommend to friends and family.

We intended to stay here for 11 nights but when the end came near we felt we had to prolong our stay and did so in the end. The location is sublime with many options within half an hour drive: Perpignan, Collioure and all the other gems of the Côte Vermeille, Céret, Elne, Castelnou, Thuir... ||||The accommodation is wonderful: renovated with great taste and quality furniture and beds and with ample space in the rooms. The entire property is tremendous with all sorts of different spaces to relax: underneath olive trees in the garden, on a large courtyard with trees and a boulodrome, or besides the pool, all of which with a gorgeous uninterrupted view on the vineyards and mountains. The days cannot start any better than on the terrace besides the pool where breakfast is served. ||||We cannot thank our hosts Pierre and Emmanuel enough for their warm welcome, discrete availability and ever-continuing great suggestions on what the region has to offer. We will most definitely be back.||||Thierry, Katrien and Georges

Clos des Aspres is more of a lesson in life... How not be happy and relaxed in such an environment, surrounded by vineyards as far as your eyes can see, in a very comfortable, fully-renovated, hacienda-esque property with graceful grounds and well-designed rooms? Breakfast is served by the pool, with the very friendly and welcoming hosts and their two equally likable dogs, there are plenty of charming, shaded areas in the garden to sit down and read quietly, there is a fully equipped petanque area, there is a wine tasting room for the amateurs... One could very easily spend all day lazing around in such paradisiac place, however location is also very convenient relative to beaches, mountains, Spain, etc. The region actually offers plenty of interesting places and beautiful villages to visit on a day-trip basis: it was our first time there, and we shall definitely return.
