Excellent, friendly and professional service. Our old Renault broke down on the A10 on a Saturday afternoon. Recovery was friendly and efficient, and we were helped with arranging transport into Tours. Major works were started as soon as they opened on Monday morning and, by the evening, we were back on the road. Thank you!

My car (Mini Clubman) had a broke front spring Passenger side I was covered by AA European recovery the car was in Cinq Mars la Pile and it was recovered immediately. It had only been driven a short distance on the broken spring It was collected on Monday 17June. The recovery driver was pretty sure it would be taken to the Mini Garage near Tours but he awaited instruction. Eventually it was taken to Garage Fillon on Wednesday 19th June , who I was assured would look at the car QUICKLY as I was returning on the to England on 29/30 June. Promises from AA but Nothing happened so I visited garage 25th. Despite visiting Garage Fillon on Tuesday (no one spoke English) and being reassured(we used phones to translate) it would be looked at nothing happened.The garage did nothing until I was on my journey home I got an estimate for approx £1200 they said it needed full new front suspension. Back in England I had very limited options as the AA did not explain I could have the car transported back as it was . I agreed the work though explain I did not believe it needed full suspension . A week later I got another call saying the cost had gone up It need an another suspension rod and also 2 new tyres the rod 60 euro the tyres nearly 400. At this I lost it and told them not to do the work and send the car back after being told I could do that . Next I was told this super inefficient garage had done all the work that same day so I couldn't cancel ! though the car would be transported back on old tyres . I got new superior Michelin cross climate tyres fitted in UK for £200 (Michelin is a French Tyre manufacturer) . You will see another review outlining similar issues . DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE FLEECED THE SERVICE WAS DIRE AND I JUST WISH I HAD INSISTED IT WAS TAKEN TO A MINI DEALERSHIP . Back in the UK the car was taken to my local garage who said the work should have cost around £800 and been completed in half a day they stated that was for all the work carri
Extremely helpful and very professional! We broke down on a motorway on a Sunday. Within 30 minutes we were on a tow truck and brought to garage. We were also assisted with finding a hotel and a taxi. Now the car is fixed and ready for the motorway once more. I would highly recommend!
I got towed away to this Renault garage after getting stuck on the highway with a broken clutch pump of my Volkswagen Caddy Maxi. Nothing wrong with the towing experience. Friendly guy, swift service. But then the garage… They totally tried to rip me off. I tried to attach the quotes as proof, but Google doesn’t allow screenshots to be uploaded, so I had to take them down in order for the review to upload. The first quote was a staggering 1900 euros to replace the entire clutch. After sending them an email stating that my clutch was replaced in august 2022 (7 months ago, for less then 1000 euros in the Netherlands), I received an email saying: “oh we didn’t realize you had your clutch replaced in 2022. Here’s a new quote”. The new quote stated 600 euros for replacing just the pump mechanism. A 1300 euro difference with one email!! Very unfriendly handling over the phone. I was happy to have a close friend help me, who is French. Otherwise I wouldn’t have known what to do. They totally tried to take advantage of the situation and a traveller in need. Shame on you. It’s these kind of garages that give car shops a bad name. See other 1 star reviews for reference. Better believe them. Shame on you.
On our way back to Calais, and the amber engine management light came on. We called FluxRecovery and Fillon Renault were out to us within 30 minutes. The driver was kind, reassuring & informative. We over- nighted at the garage, and after a diagnostic check the next day, we were on our way. The whole team, from the lady, who took our call, the breakdown driver, the technician and the lovely ladies in the office at Fillon Renault, were Superb! Thank you
Our car broke down. We called the service and we got immediate help in 30 minutes! The driver was very kind and helpful. Although he had a language barrier everything went well! If i have problems i will visit again! Kind regards
Charged without being told that I will charged. The diagnosis can go to 400 euros. Waiting time: 3 hours. During this time I saw an argue with customer complaining about the same situation. Please try to avoid them. They do not even speak English or made any effort.
