Terrible experience! I arrived with a confirmed reservation, but the staff just kept passing me around with attitude. No real assistance, no explanation — and I’m still waiting for my refund. Completely unacceptable. Everyone I dealt with was rude, dismissive, and clearly couldn’t care less. If zero stars were an option, that’s exactly what I’d give. Avoid this place.

I think I will always use Enterprise after this experience. The gentleman (I wish I could remember his name) who helped me when I rented the car was very professional, knowledgeable, and did not apply any pressure whatsoever on extra insurance, though I did get some extra insurance I wanted. On the return of the car Francisco was the agent who assisted me. He also was very professional and knowledgeable and made the process quick and painless. A great staff.

Confirmed reservation and online check-in completed with an approved payment card. At pickup, the staff refused the card solely because it was Revolut and denied the vehicle. Completely unacceptable. Do not approve cards online if you plan to reject them at the desk. Wasted time and zero customer service.

I have to review my review. Enterprise has an issue with the phone service, they have to address the problem ASAP. When you call their number you must press "*" otherwise the call goes to a voice mail. The staff is really nice and helpful, Zalma and Axel were above and beyond their duty to accommodate my requests. They are very professional and I would rent a car from Enterprise again hands down.

Arrived at the location 2 hours after the booked time due to the app telling us to go to a different location. The car was not ready and we had to wait for an hour to have it cleaned. Apparently the reason it had not been cleaned was that we were late.

Very nice and helpful personel. I recommend rent a car here. They offered to pick up us to airport. Cars are clean.
