The presence of attentive security personnel added to the sense of safety and relaxation, which was appreciated. However, the experience took a turn when I approached the owner to request a draft beer. Instead of a simple response, she attempted a joke that I found uncomfortable and unnecessary. As a customer, I expect courteous and professional service, and humor should never be at the expense of the customer's comfort or satisfaction. I understand cultural differences may influence humor, but it's essential for business owners to gauge their audience and be sensitive to varying backgrounds and sensibilities. It is crucial for establishments offering leisure services like swimming pools to remember that customers come to their venue seeking a quality time and spending their hard-earned money. Any attempt at humor should be light-hearted and never cross the line into offensive territory. Customers should feel valued and respected, not belittled. I believe that the owner should reconsider their approach to customer interactions. Treating customers with respect and professionalism should be at the core of any business. While the spot itself had potential for providing an enjoyable experience, the encounter with the owner left a sour impression. Great location. Food is a no-fuss lighter take on quite classic French and Mediterranean dishes. Views over the swimming pool, valet parking and extremely gorgeous helpers just tie the knot. Been there twice and thrice looks very likely to me if ever back to Montpellier.

Not my kind. I'm not a fan of nightclub music while eating. But it's clean, food is ok and the personal friendly. It's probably funnier during summer with the pool!
