Location was great — very close to the tram and a supermarket. The apartment was affordable and had all the listed amenities, including complete cooking utensils. Overall very good. However, the check-in service was extremely poor. Despite emailing twice for early check-in (once two days before and again before boarding our flight), we received no response. We were left standing outside in freezing Swiss weather for over 2.5 hours. The property was locked, unmanned, and password-protected, and we weren’t even given access to the common area. The phone number on the website didn’t work, and there was zero support. The manager later admitted the miscommunication was on their part, but the damage was done. Suggestion - give the code to the guest to enter the building so that they can be inside. Give the key code at 16:30 which is the designated time.

I stayed for 2 nights at Geneva Residence and had a very good experience. The accommodation was comfortable and practical, with the big advantage of a cooking facility in the room, which made the stay much more convenient. Check-in was smooth and efficient, even though it was busy at the time. The location is also great, with easy access to Geneva and shops nearby.The place is not luxurious, but it offers good value for money and everything you need for a short stay. Overall, I was happy with my stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a budget-friendly option near Geneva.

Nice hotel with small kitchen. Rooms are clean and staff is very polite. Recommend to stay this hotel.

Great hotel, good location. Clean, easy to reach. Our room was just over the restaurant so there was abit noise.at the night had to open the windows for sound was disturbing alot. If close the windows there was not air condition or fan . Overall nice

We visited for a night en route to Italy. We chose it as it is close to the motorway exit and is also opposite the tram stop for easy access into Geneva. We were travelling with our two teenage children and the flat was large with plenty of space for everybody. We were expecting a bedroom and a sofa bed, but when we arrived were pleasantly surprised to have beds for everyone. The flat was clean, my only real criticism was that the lighting in the flat was very dim, and although the flat didn't smell, the corridors of the hotel smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke. Check in and check out were both quick and easy, and the woman on reception was very helpful.

There is 2 receptionist. The one with hair is very kind and the bald one is beey stingy wont pest us seat in the waiting area to wait for our taxi.

The place is fine, we stayed one night to visit Geneva and didn’t have any issue - it’s simple but it was clean, the only thing is that the parking is charged around 10-15€ per night (not sure) and you can only leave the car there after 16:30 on check in, it’s a nightmare to find a parking space on the street, there isn’t any other parking around, we left the car about 20 minutes walking from the tram to go to Geneve, than we moved closer to the hotel in the evening and on the next day (Sunday) it was free to park on street so it worked ok for us.

The place is very basic. The toilet is less than basic and it wasn't working properly. The reception works only for 2 hrs in the morning and 3 hrs in the evening so I used to go out before they start and return after they close so I never got the chance to complain about my room it was at the last floor and all might I would hear squeaking sounds on the roof so I wasn't able to sleep properly. No cleaning during the stay and we even have to empty the trash and throw it away
