Everything was delicious and the service was so quick. I got a tuna sandwich and I swear it tasted like it was caught today. The richness of the chai beats what comercial coffee shops are selling and the espresso 31 was a delicious surprise with crunchy yumminess inside! I highly recommend stopping by Cannelle’s patisserie if you have the chance 🥐💕

The pastries here are always amazing, but the presentation of the sandwiches and what you get it is entirely different. The sandwiches in the display are packed full of meat, but when you're given one it looks like this. When asked to switch sandwiches, after not biting into and showing them how little was on this $8 sandwich, I was repeatedly told "all sales are final" and was refused help. If you don't want a sandwich like the one pictured, go somewhere else.

Cannelle has some of the best baguettes, macarons, croissants (regular, chocolate, and almond), and pastries in the city. They are consistently excellent and of high quality. You cannot go wrong here. Everything is delicious. Jackson Heights is blessed to have this patisserie in the neighborhood. Even though lines can be long, it moves fast and there is always parking. Love. Love. Love.

Tried two sandwich baguettes, the sriracha chicken was tasty and definitely the better of the two, while the salmon one was a bit underwhelming. The almond croissant was really nice, though. I also picked up a plain baguette, but it was quite tough and lacked flavor. The café was busy, and the service felt rushed. Some staff members seemed a little uninterested or stressed, which affected the overall atmosphere. Not a terrible experience, but not one I’d rush back for either.

Had amazing viennoiseries and cakes. This French bakery knows what they’re doing and they do it so well. 10/10

I went tonight after reading the high reviews. It was close to closing time so the cashier had a bit of annoyance when she asked if we were staying and I said—yes. She promptly asked that we make it fast—we did. My curiosity made me overlook this substandard service. I bought the strawberry shortcake, mango kiwi mousse cake and the chocolate croissant. They get a 10 for their presentation but both cakes were disappointing. The mango kiwi mousse cake had a jiggly jello consistency—I did not taste the richness of a mousse—though the flavor was good. The strawberry shortcake felt almost hard and tasted tart. The chocolate croissant would have been the most promising if I had gotten it right after baking. It had the right amount of chocolate but stale from the morning (I hope). I will not be returning here.

Solid. I have been coming here for many years. I love the egg and cheese croissants as well as any quiche they make. I was there morning of 10/13/24 and the team was exceptional. The packing shows thoughtfulness and precise execution. Excellent job morning-team!

Yesterday we buy cake from here its to delicious n yummy n its my ps anniversary everybody like that cake n next time i will buy that cake again n appreciate that employee who suggest that cake thanku so much n every employee also good n good behave thanku thanku so much ❤️❤️🥰
