Poor management. 1. Irresponsible managers invoiced me 700 euros for some unpaid rent. When asked for the exact month for which the rent was due, the didn't give a reply. I showed them proof of correct rent payment for every mouth till date, then they would go silent for some time and again invoice me for the same problem next month without any solid proof. This problem persisted for 2 years. Torture! 2. Rat problem in first year for which the manager just said he will not do anything because the rat came from outside !

The level of comfort was excellent, with little noise or vibration, large interior, and affordable price of under 800 Euros per month. Imagine, Jean-Paul, and Khaled went into great detail to help me set up the equipment and advise me on how to use them.

BE WARY OF STAYING HERE! 1. We were charged 175 euros for a replacement microwave and replacement floor brushes. But, there was no problem with either, so we think they either made a genuine mistake, or someone put on a charge that they shouldn't have. 2. There were cockroaches in various rooms and corridors for a few weeks. 3. The local management team were pretty unresponsive to emails both during the stay and then subsequently when we tried to resolve the billing complaint. 4. Frequent change of personnel in the local management team seems to be a problem. 5. There appears to be no formal accommodation appeal/complaint process. We've been trying to get the 175 euro refund for MONTHS. So, in summary we find it unacceptable that our complaint of overcharging was not accepted, and was just left by Cardinal Campus unresolved. This is completely unsatisfactory. On the positive side, good room size, and easy access to the tram.

I recently booked a room at Critel Residence for 150 euros. When I went to check the room, I informed them beforehand via email about my visit. However, upon arrival, they were not prepared to show the room. Additionally, their behavior was very unprofessional. They are asking for a two-month deposit, and the room is not ready. Despite my request for a refund of the 150 euros, they have not responded.

Booked this residence for my internship in Paris, for 4.5 months. The offers that they have for the internship students are really helpful; reduced deposit, no extra charges for terminating the long-term contract in 4 months, no administration fees. The person checked every little detail of the apartment upon check-in, so it is good for us that we will not be falsely accused of something. Overall the residence and surrounding is clean and quiet. But if it is some celebration, then it is very disturbing if you have to keep windows open for air in Summer. But, highly recommended for internship students. I hope the check out and deposit return procedures are also smooth when I leave.

The residence is okay, but management could be better. Although they were quick to respond to concerns, it required constant following up as the team is quite small and has to handle a lot of work. I had a damaged fridge (my fault) and was ready to pay, but it wasn't replaced as I was about the leave the residence in a month and a half. Moreover, the management can be quite disrespectful (in my experience); I identified a tone of mock and harshness while leaving (I was ready to pay for the damage I've made, but telling someone that it's "shameful" and asking them how they even lived there is unacceptable). I must also mention the noise during week nights due to student held parties- they go on upto 4 am and really disrupt your sleep. Although rare, it might be an issue if you're a light sleeper.

They will never refund your deposit, just give some stupid answers n unacceptable bills. I stayed in room no. 301 from dec 2017 to april 2018. My name is VALAGULAM NARAYANASWAMY somasundaram.
