The apartment was ideally located for both exploring Nice & further afield, with the train station only a short walk away. The apartment was very clean, well equipped, with a comfy bed. Neighbours above were rather noisy after dark, and a fair bit of passing noise from the street, but not unexpected in a City. The check in process was seamless, BUT you don’t get any details until 15 minutes before your allotted time, and as it’s all online, it’s essential to have mobile data available.

This location was conveniently located in Old Nice, close to an abundance of restaurants, cafés, and tourist attractions like Promenade des Anglais and the Colline du Château for amazing views of the coastline. The space was clean and as exactly as expected — very comfortable and suitable for our 2-nights stay. It matched the description online. Note that the place is accessed by a couple flights of stairs, but the elevator was not working while we were there. Thank you so much for having us — we would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to others!

This apartment was the perfect location for our stay in Nice. Easy check in and check out. The only drawback is that we were expecting more than one toilet.

Great location. Simple process. Clean with good amenities. Missing a curtain in the smaller bedroom which would have been better for getting changed and using the toilet. Nice balcony view. Shutters on one of the windows was broken. Would recommend but could do with a few touch ups.

The apartment was immaculate and fully renovated. Every detail well thought out, making my stay very comfortable. While I was in town to host a large conference at the Oceanice Convention Centre, I am already considering a return with my wife and staying here once again! Great location as well, walking distance from so many sights and venues.

Everything went well. The apartment is bright, clean, and cozy. It is located in a perfect area for tourism — just one minute away from a lively street, yet it was quiet and not noisy at all. There were plenty of shops and cafés nearby, which was very convenient. The building has an elevator, so it’s not a problem if you’re traveling with suitcases. The apartment itself is very compact — a studio kitchen and a bathroom — but it was more than enough for a comfortable stay in Nice. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay: a washing machine, stove, microwave, air conditioning, hair dryer, and a coffee machine (special thanks for the 4 coffee capsules!). I would definitely stay with SmartBNB again ❤️

Great stay, perfect Location, good price. Everything u need is there. A good kitchen, freezer, refrigerator and on top of that a washing machine. Two little complains, 1. the bed is pretty small and the bedsheet is pretty annoying bcs it simply does not stay in place, 2. theres a vent, not the AC (which u can indeed turn off), that u cant turn off which is super noisy, especially at night. If u are sensitive to that, be prepared. All and all, would book again and recommend it to everyone if the price is right.

We had a great stay in beautiful Nice. The apartment had all the modern amenities needed for a comfortable stay including a well stocked kitchen. It was in an authentic old town building on a quiet street but not far away from cafes, restaurants and attractions. The check in and check out were very efficient and instructions were easy to follow. Would definitely recommend!
