Worst experience ever. Contracted them to fix a pool badly damaged by flooding. After more than two years work never completed, despite part payment upfront. Very little response to communication throughout and finally they just said they couldn’t do the work and would refund. No proper explanation and certainly no apology for all the time lost. Had to call to shop to be told this as, once again no communication from them! Avoid at all costs!
