Outstanding Vallée Blanche experience with Franck Franck was an exceptional guide and made this Vallée Blanche day truly unforgettable. We were super efficient and even managed to do a double run, which speaks volumes about his planning, pacing, and decision-making. I’m not someone who a at has access to terrain like this often, and Franck struck the perfect balance between fun and safety. He assessed skill levels in real time, offered help exactly when it was needed, and consistently put us on great lines that were challenging and enjoyable—even with less-than-ideal snow conditions. Beyond his guiding skills, Franck’s knowledge of the area was incredible. He shared insights into the geology, history, and environment throughout the day, which added a whole extra layer to the experience. He maximized every aspect of the day and made it both confidence-building and genuinely fun. I couldn’t recommend Franck more highly and would absolutely ski with him again.

We went with Floren and Franc to Grand Montets and Vallé Blanche and had an amazing time! Two days of back to back powder, safe off-piste skiing, and incredible views. Thanks so much for a great trip!

We joined a snowshoeing hike in Chamonix yesterday, January 24th, at the 1:30 PM slot, and the hiking experience itself was absolutely wonderful. The route was beautiful, the atmosphere was enjoyable, and our guide was extremely professional, caring, and warm. We truly felt well taken care of during the entire hike, and it was a very pleasant experience overall. Unfortunately, our experience at the front desk before the activity was quite disappointing. The female staff member on duty that day showed a very unfriendly and impatient attitude. When I arrived at the counter, I greeted her clearly with “bonjour” and waited for a response, but she deliberately kept looking at her computer for about 20–30 seconds before finally looking at me without saying anything. When I explained that we were there to check in and asked a few questions about the snowshoeing activity, her responses were noticeably impatient. Later, while we were waiting nearby, she said something in French. I looked at her, thinking she was speaking to me, and she asked, “Do you have a question?” I replied that I thought she was talking to me, to which she responded with a very displeased “no” and rolled her eyes at me. This interaction made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. It is truly a pity, because the guides and the hiking experience were excellent. However, having such an unprofessional attitude from a front desk staff member significantly affected our overall impression. I hope this feedback can help improve the reception experience in the future, as the activities themselves are genuinely great.

Skiing down the Vallée Blanche was the best skiing of my life! Stunning views all the way, and our guide Nico was brilliant!

We had an absolutely amazing experience with our guides, Erick and Chris. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful, making every moment enjoyable. I especially loved how they pronounced my name, Naseeer, with such care—it made me feel truly welcomed and valued. Their professionalism and enthusiasm made the trip unforgettable, and I’m already excited to book another experience with them in December when it’s snowing. Highly recommended!

We hired a guide for a snowshoeing day on the Mer de Glacé and had an incredible experience. John was very experienced and knowledgeable about the area and organized the day perfectly for me and my two daughters. I look forward to hiring the Chamonix guides for future experiences whenever I return to Chamonix.

We had a two-day trip planned, but due to an epic snowstorm and the closure of Chamonix, our plans had to change at short notice. Simon went above and beyond to reorganize everything and took us to the Aosta Valley in Italy instead. What could have been a very challenging situation turned into a truly superb and memorable day thanks to his professionalism, flexibility, and positive attitude.
