Caught Gastro here in December 2025. Just seeing reports of MORE gastro cases so wanted to add my instance to reviews as well for awareness. This UCPA has some strange management, making you queue to get food (these queues take up to 20 minutes) letting you in a few at a time and they did nothing to help when everybody fell ill with gastro.

200 of us got to this place , yet after the first two days 40 of us were already down , as a survivor of the food I shall warn others that in this place , only food poisoning and small room will wait for you , do not be fooled by the view traveler , only despair will come to you here .

If I could give zero stars I would. There are school groups there right now and the cleanliness is so bad Gastro is rampant. It has seemingly been this way now for a number of weeks but as they are not cleaning, it just passes from group to group, week by week. No Hygiene, no food standard, no management standard. Staff are not approachable or helping with sick children or cleaning rooms. The health ministry are now involved, with firebrigade and doctors coming into the building. Yes there are some prior year good reviews, but management has seemingly changed this year in 2022/23 season and does not take its guests health seriously. I post this only because if you are going or your kids are with a group, think twice please or at minimum be prepared and post your experience aswell.

Location is very good! However staff is very rude. Food is trash as well. I recommend staying in La Plagne Centre but if this is what u can afford its alright.

They have made efforts to improve their services this year. I had a very good experience with my friends here! Thank you!
