It was so nice! The staff is friendly (and speak English), the food is homemade and delicious! A true gem in this neighbourhood, definitely recommend!

I was fully prepared for the quintessential rude service Paris is known for, but was very pleasantly surprised. The waiter was so helpful in his explanation of the menu and made suggestions. Just an overall pleasant experience through and through! Steak and frites were really good and they also had ketchup. I can’t wait to return to this neighborhood jewel!

A perfect example of great french food and hospitality. Very impressive. We had 3 courses and one of our party had 2 desserts as they couldn't decide. We also had a bottle of wine and plenty of beers (good selections of both). We definitely did not stint, even so it came to just €45 per person. Well done Cafe d'Auber, you should be proud of the service and quality of food you provide. P.S. if the duck is on the menu, it is fantastic. Just be sure to order it medium to well done if you're not used to pink duck.

We found this superb little place close to our Air BnB, really delicious food, simple chalkboard menu, fresh and tasty food! These guys really care about giving you a fantastic, friendly and charmingly informal experience. Formidable! Merci

Old style France restaurant.. very nice service.. but food a little over priced and not what you would suspect in a France restaurant.
