Unfortunately, I have to tell you about our experience with your hospital - especially with the emergency department. We came to the emergency department because of acute back pain (inflammation of the sciatic nerve). The first thing that is sad is that no one in the hospital spoke English, but that's okay, we used a translator and the staff was willing to communicate with us that way. My Girlfriend was admitted and after a while she was given a general medical examination - later we were told to wait in the waiting room to be called by the doctor. We waited here for 3 hours, my girlfriend had acute back pain and could neither sit nor walk. After 3 hours, when I asked several times for a sunbed so she could lie down, our wish was granted. However, they just put her in the corridor on a couch and she waited another 3-4 hours before they put her to bed and the doctor came. She was not offered water, the doctor's examination was only "by eye" and he did not verify her health status with a more thorough examination. She was given pain pills and basic treatment. On the second day at 8 in the morning, she was thrown out of the hospital bed, even though her condition was the same as when we arrived. That is why we had to consider other possibilities of help. Some of the staff were nice and sometimes helpful, but the overall impression was not good. A big disappointment from the healthcare of Western Europe. In the pictures below you can see the only acceptable position for my friend where they made her wait like this for 3 hours in the waiting room :)

I have a family in Rambervillar France. They are pending application for Asylum. My family did not come illegally and were in fact invited as part of the ally evacuations from Afghanistan. While the application is pending they are waiting on medical insurance. Last week my mother and my bother both were fell sick and were rush to emergency. The level of care provided both by the hospital and the CADA organization was beyond my understanding. Neither one of the organization treated my family like human. While CADA members ignored our request to seek medical help the hospital refuse to give my moms prescription. The discrimination in this hospital is at its highest. If anyone can provide information on where to file legal complaint please share. Thank you

Franchement moi qui suit infirmière également, ma maman a été hospitalisé ce matin depuis la maison de retraite. J ai appelé plusieurs fois, ma soeur aussi. La personne qui nous a répondu aux urgences a été vraiment mais vraiment à notre écoute. Beaucoup d empathie à notre situation à distance.. et ma soeur a même pu la voir 5 mn ce soir. Merci Mme.

J’ai accouché le 17 avril, admise le 15, le personnel a été super, les sages femmes sont vraiment compétentes et ouvertes d’esprit (concernant mon projet de naissance). Durant le travail qui fut assez long, j’ai eu l’occasion de quand même sortir prendre l’air. Suite à la pose de la péridurale, l’anesthésiste a été aussi très compétente et apaisante, pose rapide et efficace. J’ai eu également l’occasion d’avoir une séance d’acupuncture pour accélérer le travail, mon conjoint a pu lui bénéficier d’un peu de repos sur un fauteuil qui se déplie en lit une place. Mon fils est né en excellente santé, et durant mon séjour j’ai eu de bons conseils et les chambres sont confortables. Il fait assez chaud pour les nourrissons et je le répète, le personnel est efficace et au petit soin. Merci à la maternité. Seul bémol, c’est que le papa doit payer 15€ par nuit pour rester à la maternité sur un lit pas super confortable pour lui et que c’est limité et que ça peut ne pas être autant de temps que la maman pour les accompagnants.

Accouchement a la mat, qui c'est avéré compliqué mais.. un personnel genial, a l'écoute qui nous on rassurer et soutenu jusqu'au bout ! Que ça soit les dames des urgences, de salle de naissance ou en chambre vraiment adorable ! J'ai accoucher sur un weekend vraiment les équipes était adorable merci pour tout pour votre gentillesse ! 🫶🏻

Une maternité de menteurs… Se faire renvoyer à Nancy, 2 mois avant l’accouchement, sous prétexte qu’ils n’ont pas de stocks de plaquettes, est une honte. Un hôpital qui n’a même pas de plaquettes alors qu’il à un pôle réanimation ? Vous prenez vraiment vos clients pour des idiots, c’est une honte. De plus, quand vous renvoyez vos clients ailleurs, ayez au moins la décence d’aller l’autre hôpital pour fixer les nouveau rendez-vous. Aucun respect…

Admis aux urgences pour des douleurs abdomniales terribles j'ai été tres bien pris en charge. Le personnel soignant est franchement agreable et present. Les locaux sont neufs, ça change des hopitaux de Nancy... Et les brancards sont plus confortables que les lits d'hospitalisation de Gentilly!😅
