We decided to come here after seeing a very long queue for brunch. They were only servicing a brunch set menu, one cold and hot drink, one savoury and one sweet. It was okay, felt a bit annoyed having been forced into this as all we wanted was some pancakes and not the savoury. Food was presented nicely and the brioche was nice. I had avocado on toast but was more scrambled eggs on toast, followed by the apple pancakes which kinda lacked in flavour. I did not like being told to use my eggs cutlery for the pudding and not being provided any additional napkins to wipe down. Very icky. The staff were lovely and could tell they were very busy.

We had brunch here and it was absolutely fantastic! Everything we tried was delicious—the bagels were fresh, the pancakes were perfectly fluffy, and the cheesy eggs were just amazing. The whole experience was great, from the food to the atmosphere. Highly recommend this place to everyone—definitely a 5-star spot!

Honestly they served us when most places closed kitchen, for that we are super grateful. The place was packed and super cozy. The eggs with waffles were tasty but a bit warm not hot, enjoyable nonetheless. The tea collection was a great touch. Overall totally recommend.

This is the only cafe which remains open till 18:15. Then the waiters here are excellent in their kindness, behaviour and service. Especially Maeli (sorry fogot your exact name 🫣, I came yesterday evening alone 😁), who got me a seat quickly even though there was very little place and it was freezing outside. Finally the ambiance is super comfy like a house. You can stay for long, read a book, chairs are comfortable, and atmosphere is warm, sweet and cozy. Ordered a hot chocolate for 5 euros. Many other things are available. P S. Big, super clean toilet with lots of space to keep your stuff.

Delightful brunch in Annecy. The service was unbelievable nice and the atmosphere of the place was just perfect. I recommend to go early so you don’t have to wait in line. We order brunch and it was beyond delicious. The club sandwich with bacon was perfect and the brioche with the eggs was really soft and buttery. The pancakes with the butter, the smothie bowl and the juices were delicious, the only downside was the coffee, but overall it was awesome. Fair price for what we ordered i absolutely recommend this place 🩷

Very bad service. Rude staff. Got our order wrong twice. Quality of food too is mediocre. If you ask for water you get a “Oh My God!” Go to haven opposite. Much much better.

We stumbled upon Le Bar Roux d’Heure by chance, and it was such a pleasant surprise! The avocado toast was phenomenal, and the Caesar salad toast was also very tasty and full of flavor. The cappuccinos did not disappoint—smooth, creamy, just what we needed. The staff was young, friendly, and very attentive. One of the girls who helped us was especially kind and made an effort to make sure we understood everything. A cozy spot with great food and even better service. Highly recommended for brunch lovers!

The service was fast and the waiters paid attentions to our asks. The food was good and deserves 4 stars. We paid 29€ per person (my girlfriend said that it's OKAY). The place is clean and chilly, not too noisy.
