Parc du Domaine de Méric offers a pleasant natural setting with shaded walking paths and open fields, ideal for dog walkers or those seeking a quiet stroll. However, during summer it can feel quite dry and exposed, with little to engage younger children. Not the most family-friendly park, but peaceful for solo visitors or pet owners.
Not much there but a couple of cascades and the emerald green water of the Lez. Huge dog park.
This is a lovely park and so far my favourite of the ones I've visited in Montpellier. It's accessible on foot from the Tramway line 2 and runs alongside the River Lez. There is a forested part with woodland trails and then up a hill an open meadow that has been left to grow wild so it has a very natural feel to it. I took my daughter there on bikes but as it's quite small and hilly I didn't find it the best place for biking but for walks and picnics and sitting by the beautiful river it's gorgeous.
Beautiful park with green area, picnic area with tables, a space dedicated to dogs too. Parking spot for bikes, playground.. Well located and quite.
