Great experience! It's really clean and well kept. The walk around the monkeys is rather short but it's totally worth it. A very unique experience if you like to see free animals. A bit more variety in the food world be great but you have the chance to bring your own food though.
Very unique experience, particularly to find a place like this in Europe! The park is well taken care of along with the animals and the staff is very knowledgeable. Suitable for all ages including babies and adults! Children under 5 are free. No reservations are needed and parking is free too. There are no barriers between you and the monkeys so you are really walking among them, very incredible!
A very unique experience. The monkeys are uncaged in open areas. It is a very safe atmosphere. There are quite a few staff members monitoring and guiding us through our walk in the park. We are also informed on Do's and Dont's before we enter the park. It was really interesting to see the monkeys up close and they are also well behaved, doing their own thing. Free parking available onsite. There is a cafe/restaurant and a gift shop present here too. The staff are really kind and helpful.
Perfect for visiting with children! There are many things made for kids, and the atmosphere is very friendly. The monkeys live freely in the forest and walk around in open space. They can come very close to people, which is really exciting. It is especially interesting to watch the feeding, a great experience for both kids and adults. There is also a restaurant and parking, which makes the visit comfortable. We came with children, and everyone really enjoyed it! Definitely worth a visit 👍
2nd time we come and we confirm it is very nice place to come with children. Staff is very keen to share explanations, and discuss, and they are very kind - s.t. ofc you respect the rules of the park.., which apparently is not understood by every visitor.. (and who get offended while the staff reminds some basic rules..). Thanks to the MontagneDesSinges crew ! Keep it going, this was great afternoon.
It's a nice activity to do with children. From Selestat train station It's a 10 minute drive. If you don't have a acres, there is a bus (500) that will take you there . The monkeys trail took us around 30 minutes maximum, but outside, there is a cafeteria and a nice picnic area, and a great obstacle trail for kids, and a small playground. Overall our visit was around 3 hours. Beautiful forest. Stroller friendly.
A very popular destination for families with kids, it was packed when we visited over the weekend. The employees there are very polite and is always readily available to explain in various languages. There are ample parking available at the entrance outside.
The people are so nice here and I got to see pretty cool views of monkeys and their history along with their habits and ways to live!! Surely a go-to adventure for the weekend with your family. I just wished the circuit was bigger.
